She was sitting on the cold grass on that black inky night, trying to make patterns out of those beautiful coloured lights that shimmered on the mountains like those sparkling stars that made their way to her sight every midnight. For her, life was something that had to make her realise that every single moment was worth living. For her, smiling unconditionally was the only thing that had to last till her last breathe. She was something, more than something.
Amanda, a sixteen year old teen. She lived in a small town with her family. Life was doing great for every single one but for her; she wanted more. She was totally satisfied with all that she had. But there was one person who made her life perfect; she had him.
"Dear diary, Its been a week or so that i havent visited him. Everything is fine but still i miss him, dont know why. We have grown together until this point but we have never been so close the way we are now. I wish we just stay the same because i cannot loose him." ; she whispered.
As her mom entered the room, she flashed a smile at her and asked, " Hey baby, what new did you wrote on your Blue book?"
Blue book? Well that was another mystery. From a very young age, Amanda developed the habbit of writing every single thing in that book. It was more than a true friend to her; something that always unveiled the darkness behind her fear and uplifted the light of her smile.
"Life has always been this perfect. Its so great to have people like Jade in my life. The way we talk, the things he say; the way he makes it all okay. And how he knows all of my jokes but still he laughs anyway."
Amanda was reading her book as Jade entered. She looked at him with her glittering eyes and in a moment her memories started rolling down her rosie cheeks.
There was something in those pretty brown eyes, something that couldnt be touched, something that couldnt be felt.
