¤ENCHANTED¤

Like stars in the night's sky, your eyes twinkle,

You skin flawless and without wrinkle,

The Goddesses envy your beauty, for the Gods are prone to its charms.

A shake of your hips and weapons are at disarms.

Your hips sway like trees blown by autumn winds,

Your lips as pink and plump like a peach's hinds.

Aphrodite would not compare to your grace,

Your smile would make the cold of death lose its place,

on the cold heart of Hades that has lost its beating pace.

Your laughter sends arrows of Cupid straight into men's heart,

Their minds melting like butter placed in heat.

Their heart burns with passion hotter than the flames of hell ,

Not even the chilly springs of hate can quench the flames ignited by your
lips.

Your kiss a spark to the timbers of my Heart,

Your touch--chills to my spine and the marrows of my bones,

You are a living portrait engraved in my heart,

Resistant to the erosion of the never ending floods of time.

You,my dear, are an Enchantment cast from the spells of Heaven's chime.

I wrote this poem for someone I once had a crush on. There are many written in an old notebook somewhere. And some will come based on inspiration. Enjoy.
