 I pull Ethan through the forrest. The branches scratch my face, but I don't care. Ethan repeatedley asks me what is going on, but I don't answer him. 

" Coralie, what is going on? Do you know?" 

I don't answer him, and I see that he is getting agitated, but I just run and pull him faster. 

Ethan stops running and pulls me to stop to. 

" WE CAN'T STOP! We just can't..." I say with tears in my eyes.

I start running again, but he pulls me close to him and holds my hands.

" I can't believe how stupid I was" 

" Just tell me, Coralie. What are you running away from?"

Seconds pass with no sound other than the wind rustling the leaves and the birds singing.

" Zeus...my father"

LIGHTENING FLASH

" What? Your...Your father is...Zeus"

LIGHTENING FLASH

" I know, surprising isn't it"

" So, is that lightening gonna flash every time I say...HIS... name? It is REALLY hurting my eyes"

We laugh, but he can see the sadness  in my eyes

"Coralie, is that all you really want to tell me?"

His eyes search for mine. but I don't bring my head up.

I steady my breath and I start to tell him the news.

" If my father found out that I love a mortal, especially someone with the Ablorde name, he would be furious"

" So what if he gets a little mad? It'll  blow off in a little while right?"

"No, not right. I don't think you understand. When he gets wrathful, he will do everything in his power to make you suffer for breaking the Ablorde bond. That  includes killing you... and me."
