Chapter #5

(Back to Aphmau in the hospital room unconscious)

Laurance's POV~

Garroth couldn't wait by Aphmau's side  today, since he has a cold. I promised him that I would stay here with her since he couldn't. She is so peaceful looking while she is sleeping. I care about Garroth but I need Aphmau in my life. He didn't have the same problems as me, he still has his parents. I had to loose mine. I deserve her, yet I feel guilty at the same time.

(Flashback)

"Laurance I may still have my parents but I am not as fortunate as you may think."
"Garroth you wouldn't know the term unfortunate if it hit you on the head!"
"Laurance I think you should leave...now."
"Whatever I can survive without you!"

(Flashback ends)

He never cared that I had to loose the two most important people to me.  He never acted like it anyway.

I then hear a shifting noise and look over.

Aphmau is awake! She is fine and awake finally!

"Where am I?" She questions me.

"You're finally awake babe!" I yell and engulf her into a hug. She looks up at me with a confused look.

"Babe? I can't remember anything that happened for a long time."

"Oh so you must have gotten amnesia, well let me explain everything, Ok?"

"Sure that may help."

I explain to her everything that her and Garroth did but as if it was me she was with. This is the best plan I have ever come up with. She seemed to believe everything. After I told her I hugged her and called in the doctor. The nurse came in and checked out if Aphmau could do everything she could before the big accident. She diagnosed Aphmau with amnesia. Later during the day she called Garroth to tell him. I decided to leave before he got there. I had to end things off with Azura so me and Aphmau could have a steady relationship.

Garroth's POV~

I get a phone call from the hospital. The nurse was on the phone and she explained that Aphmau had woken up. She said that she had amnesia to the point that she may only faintly remember me. I broke down on the phone call with her. I hung up the phone and got cleaned up. I drove over to the hospital and ran past the front desk up to Aphmau's room. She just sat on the bed reading a book. I opened the door and ran up to her giving her  a huge hug. She looked confused, and asked me why I was hugging her.

"What do you mean Aphmau?"

"I just mean that I don't really know you so I was wondering why you are hugging me?"

"So you don't remember dating?"

"Are you being serious dude?"

"huh?" I ask confused

"So you are trying to mess with a girl who has amnesia by saying that you are my boyfriend after that other boy did?!" She yelled.

"What!? Who told you they were your boyfriend?" I yell in confusion.

"Well he had light brown hair-"

" And light blue eyes right?" I say interrupting her

"Yeah, how did you know?" She said confused

"I just guessed." I say through clenched teeth.

How could laurance do this to me! I have always understood he thinks I don't care he grew up without parents but I do. I grew up with a bad father myself. He never knew this though. He doesn't understand! He will pay for this though.
