Chapter 4 Hospital

*Niall's Pov*  

I am sat in the waiting room since she was rushed straight through they took her everyday clothes off that revealed her suit, hands covering my face sobbing knowing it would take a miracle to get Kerrie back, Liam's sister was in the hospital but all I knew was something sliced her back causing a lot of blood loss, I didn't want to loose her she's an amazing girl, she has been the one who has everyone laughing we just can't. I heard footsteps going past I just took as the doctors and nurses were going out of the building. Then I heard Liam's voice "where Kerrie Payne I'm her brother?" and it was the receptionist said "she's in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) I'm sorry" he nodded and walked towards the entrance breaking down into tears Harry followed him, Zayn and Lou saw me and sat down and Lou said "we are going to see her trust me" Zayn said "right I'm going to see where she is" I said "how Zayn?" he smiled and turned his hand invisible "that's how Niall, Lou I need you to help me on this"

*Louis's Pov* 

As soon as Zayn said he needed me I said "ok what am I doing" he said "when we are outside I will become invisible touch everyone apart from you to make them invisible, whilst Lottie makes gifts appear for you we will walk in and you will say you have gifts and then they hopefully tell you where she is but we will all have to work as a team" we all agreed let plan Find Kerrie go to action.

I walked to the reception with the gifts in my hands and said "excuse me but I have come with gift and to see Kerrie Payne" she nodded then typed something on her computer and said "ok she's in ward 16" I thanked her as I made my way through the door I forgot about everyone else as the door shut behind me I saw everyone appear Liam said "thanks Tommo now let's go" we all finally found ward 16 I pressed the button for the intercom to ask to open the door a women said "hello may I help you?" Liam said "yes we have come to see my sister Kerrie Payne" she said "sure she's in here I will let you all in now" we said "thanks" the door bleeped and we walked in the women who we was just talking to said "she's in room 5 if you need me just say"

*Kerrie's Pov* 

I had woken up but I still had the same pain in my back I heard someone at the door as it opened it was everyone, "heyy I'm sorry, I just wanted to protect us" Liam smiled through his tears, "I'm being a rubbish brother. i don't want you to worry, but then here I am crying,". I rolled my eyes and squeeze his hand, "It's a really simple operation, you heard the doctor. He does them all the time,". I wiped my cheeks, "I know, but i'm trusting him with my life. If anything were to go wrong...". "Hey don't say that!" I sat up too quickly and winced in pain, "Don't even go there Miss Payne," Liam snaped, clutching your side. "Shh, shh, i'm sorry," I mumbled as he helped me slowly lie back down on the bed. "I can't wait for it to be over with," I moaned, "So I can actually just walk or sit up without being in pain,". Half an hour later, nurses come and administer the necessary medication I need to be asleep in the next ten minutes. You reach your hand out and Liam takes it, "Hey," you mumble, "You're shaking. Stop it. I'm going to be fine,". "I know, I know," he laughs nervously as he leans forward to kiss your forehead, "I love you sis". "I love you guys," I whisped back as my eyes started to feel droopy, "See you soon," was all I heard.

*Liam's Pov* 

She was going for her operation I was really nervous but not as much her as the medication was taking effect I said "see you soon" as the doctors took her to the operation theatre we had a long wait...

4hrs later we saw her coming back to her room she wasn't moving but that would be the medication the doctor turned to me and said "Mr Payne," before he could continue I said "please call me Liam" he nodded and said "Kerrie has been very lucky however the the deep cut has been stitched up and will leave a scar" I thanked the doctor for telling me and as he left she was starting to wake up.

*Kerrie's Pov*  

It took a moment for my eyes to adjust to the hospital room, Liam's hand interlocked tightly between both of our hands. Harry said "You've messed your back up pretty bad, and you probably have slight concussion, but other than that and a few bruises you're great,". I nodded slowly still a bit drowsy I looked around to see the sight of numerous bunches of flowers and stuffed animals that were dotted around the room - just a few of the get-well-soon gifts sent my way from fans. Zayn handed a book from the fans I flicked through some pages and I was amazed with all the support but I knew in the back of my mind that this battle wasn't over.
