Meet Ram

A sweet, adorable, cute, caring, loving and handsome young man.

He lives a simple life. Goes to school everyday inspired by his ultimate crush, Katie.

Ram is so happy whenever he sees Katie around.

Katie is one level above him but still they often see one another because of the school setting with small number of students.

During his younger age when he was still in kinder 2, he already had this tingling feeling for Katie. They even got their picture taken together during that time by their teacher, which he never thought that someday, he'll fall in love, cluelessly.

All was going well, until one day, the unexpected happened.

When he was an incoming grade 3 student, he was so excited for the first day of classes. Of course to see Katie. But he learned that Katie has already transferred to a different school. Sad, as how Ram showed his expression that day. He was unhappy of what he have learned. He was a little "depressed" of the situation. He lost his appetite and also his focus in class. The happy go lucky Ram that everybody knows have changed since then.

During that school year, with the absence of Katie, Ram somehow had a crush on Katie's bestfriend. Her name is Mariam.

He was unsure of what he feels but he knows that there's a little interest in him for Katie's bestfriend, Mariam.

Teachers teased them. Both gets shy, but nothing develops more than that. Mariam looks up to him plainly just as a friend, even though Ram was Mariam's crush, too, before.

One day, the school had a visitor, and to Ram's surprise, it was Katie.

Katie went to the school to fetch her younger sister in preschool. It was few minutes before dismissal for the grade schoolers.

Ram was so speechless, his ears suddenly turned red knowing that Katie was there. They just said "Hi" and "Hello", and off she goes. But for Ram, those few seconds were so valuable. Too valuable that he realized, nothing can replace Katie in his heart and that Mariam wasn't really his so-called crush.

He was so happy to see Katie that day. Sad though that he'll never know when he'll be able to see her again.

As the school year ends, Ram is excited for the next opening, which by then, he'll be in grade 4. Slightly have forgotten of her ultimate crush during summer as he was busy with his swimming lessons, striving hard, studying and and doing Kumon drills.

He was so excited for the opening as an incoming grade 4 student, but then another bad news for him. He learned that his classmate, Amir, transferred to another school, which left him alone in his grade level. Then later he learned that Katie's sister also transferred school, which means, there's no chance that they'll see one another ever again.

Because of his situation being alone, he had no choice but to have his classes fused with the grade 5.

During the first day, they had their morning worship with other students. As the worship session ends, the assigned teacher greeted everybody a warm welcome, and also introduced new students to the old students.

Ram can't keep his eyes off this one new girl. He waited patienly for the girl to be introduced.

"Everybody, let us welcome your new schoolmates."

Everybody was introduced one by one, until the teacher is now introducing the one that Ram can't keep his eyes off.

"She will be in grade 5."

Ram: *talking to self: Grade 5???? She'll be my classmate!*

"Everybody say "Hi" to........"
