The stage is my home. I have lived on it for as long as I can remember. I am it's child, and it knows me well. The stage understands my issues, and it helps me work through them. The audience is my family. They watch me attentively, entertained by what I say, interested in the words I say, looking deeper into the text pouring off of my tongue, but always looking for that small mistake, their watchful eyes catching the smallest of details. The actors, singers, dancers, living their dreams, are my inspiration. They radiate with a beautiful glow, no matter how stressful the time's might be, they always look out for you and I, even when times are rough. But the most important thing about performing to me is the music. The notes glide through the air, playing in your eardrum for a second before they leave, making you wish for more. And that's why I'm here. To bring joy to people, to make them feel better about themselves, to help them pick up the broken pieces and give them something new to love, a new inspiration.
