Ellsmera was very frightened, "What do you plan on doing with me?" She whispered.

"No, no. Shh. Don't speak." Kasha shushed Ellsmera. "The fact that you're even still alive should cause you to be happy. Treasure the days you have left. Or hours. Depends on the mood I'm in." She smiled.

Ellsmera looked up at her, "What mood are you in now?" she stayed against the wall on the floor, she missed Trip. She wanted to see him one last time but, she knew that would never happen. She just hoped that he knew she loved him.

Kasha glared at the girl Snyde. It wasn't that she had always hated Snyde's, but it was something that she now possessed as an emotion. It really wasn't her fault. It was there, but Ellsmera did look in quite a scare. Which in took made her look like a little, innocent girl. Stupid captives always tried the "puppy dog" look on her to try and play on her weak points. Apparently what they didn't realize is that she had no weak points. She wouldn't be what she was if she did. In fact, the ancient ones wouldn't have used her when they did if she had a weak point even then. But it really was them that she hated. 'Don't think about them' Kasha chided herself, her anger flashed, "Not a very good one." she said. Though it was not Ellsmera that had caused her bad mood, but it didn't really matter.

Slowly Ellsmera nodded, "Ok." she wasn't afraid to die but she wanted to be ready. She looked around the dark room until she came across Sisera lying on the floor unconscious. She didn't dare get up, for she knew it would make Kasha more angry than she already was. She could tell that this was in fact the end; there was no way of getting out of this alive because Kasha didn't seem to have any weak points.

Kasha closed her eyes and breathed deeply. "I don't have use for you anyways. It's Sisera's power I want." She paused; calm enough to look at Ellsmera again. Kasha cocked her head to the side. "Unless...I can find a use for you. What is your power girlie? If you even have one."

"I don't have one." Ellsmera replied slightly louder than her previous words.

Kasha couldn't hold it in anymore, she laughed. "Oh, Ellsmera." she smiled after she caught her breath. "Don't sound so confident when you have just marked yourself for certain death. With no power, you are useless to me."

"I know, death doesn't scare me." Her eyes flashed blue and suddenly all of the clocks stopped.

"I..."The sound of the ticking could no longer be heard throughout the nearly empty room. Kasha narrowed her eyes, "What have you done?"

"I haven't done anything." she stared at a now frozen snake that was just about to strike. "It seems though that time has stopped.

Kasha's once narrowed eyes now grew large with amazement, "Well my, my. This is useful to me if you know how to use this power. You may even replace Sisera." she whispered, "Yes...I could do so much with this."

"I have no idea what you're talking about I have no power." Ellsmera's eyes flashed blue again and time resumed. She watched the snake carefully.

"STOP!" Kasha yelled, "Pause time again."

"I can't. I told you, I don't know how."

Kasha glowered at Ellsmera, paralyzing her with her stare. "You may not realize the damage I can do. Do you think me a fool?" Kasha wait for an answer, but of course there was none. "I may not be one of your kind anymore, but my abilities have kept." She let go of Ellsmera. "Even if you are truthful about not knowing your power, humor me."

"I'll try." Ellsmera whispered. She focused her attention on the snake like she had before. It rose up and her eyes flashed blue; she closed her eyes expecting the bite but it didn't come.
