* 4 Weeks Later*
Marks POV
I've been visiting Sabreen at the hospital every single day after school for 4 weeks today and every single day I went I told Sabreen all of my problems and cried because I had this feeling that she was there and listening, and when I went in today the doctor said something I've been hoping he'd say forever😍 "Sabreen is awake again she fought through the coma and survived it's a Miracle😇" the doctor said. I was so so so soooooooooooo happy I ran to the window and saw Jacob sitting there next to Sabreen... I saw her struggling against him
So I ran in there and I said "Jacob Man just back off she doesn't want you here ur the whole reason she's in here just leave dude". Jacob looked pissed and pushed me and looked back at Sabreen and said " Sabreen I never wanted for any of this to happen I love you😭❤️..... And I'll never stop loving you, I will never forget you❤️" and Jacob walked out crying. I looked over to Sabreen, she was Crying. I went over to comfort her and she threw herself onto me for a hug and said "Can I trust or will you break my heart too😭❤️. "I said "Sabreen I promise you I'll keep you happy and I'll never do anything to hurt you" then she whispered in my ear "Thank You Mark❤️" very weakly.
Jacobs POV
I left saying everything that was in my heart I went home and went to my mom and asked "Can I go to Audrey's House?" (Audrey is Jacobs Girlfriend). "Of course, do you need a ride?" My mom asked. "No I'm okay I'll ride my bike I need the exercise anyways," I replied. So I rode my bike to Audrey house and I made it and I knocked and she opened the door and she said "Heyyy Jacob what are you doing here?". "Audrey I'm breaking up with you" I said. "But why" Audrey asked. "I never wanna see you again" I yelled and left. Well that's over with. I rode to the hospital and I saw Sabreen laughing and talking to Mark, they were playing 20 questions.... I remember when we played 20 questions and were eating Chipotle... She's so perfect why would I hurt her.... IM SOOOO STUIPD😭😭😭😭. Sabreen looked over to where I was standing and our eyes locked together I felt tears so I ran and ran.
