Sydney's P.O.V.
The boys didn't know this and I don't know how it happened, but somehow I knew to go Simon
Cowell's office that day. I guess you could say that I just had a gut instinct and so I went there.
The door to the office was closed but I heard every word that was passed behind the closed
doors.
"Thank you for all coming here today on such short notice boys." Simon said.
“You’re welcome, what did you need to talk to us about?” Liam asked politely.
“I wanted to talk to you all about your relationships.” He said calmly, awaiting our reactions.
“Why??” Louis asked with a confused look on his face.
“There are some things I think you need to know?” He replied.
“Like what, is it something about Sydney?” Harry asked.
“I need to talk to Zayn, and then we will move on to the rest of the girlfriends.” Simon said
practically ignoring my boyfriend.
“What about Perrie?” Zayn asked.
“I wanted to say congratulations on your engagement.” He told him before giving him a hug
and a smile.
“Thank you, we are really happy together.” Zayn said.
“Okay, now Niall.” Simon started. “You are currently single, correct?”
“Yes.” Niall replied.
“Okay, that’s fine.” Simon told him. “Louis, are you and Eleanor still together?”
“Yes, we’re doing great!” Louis said and I could tell from his voice that he was very in love
with her.
“She is a lovely girl, I hope you are happy together.” Simon replied.
"We are.” Louis said.
“Lastly Harry and Liam.” He said in a bad news kind of voice.
“What?” They simultaneously asked him.
“I’m sorry to have to tell you this Liam, but Sophia cheated on you.”
“What?” Liam asked looking completely and utterly crushed.
“She has been seen by many people with someone else. I am sorry that this has to have
happened to you.” Simon said.
“I’m sorry, but I need a moment.” Liam said before leaving the room from another door and I
could tell from his voice, that he was going to break down crying very soon.
“I’ll go make sure he’s okay.” Niall said, always watching out for people.
I felt so bad for Liam; he was so sweet and kind and was like the older protective brother I
never got to have. No one deserved to be cheated on, but especially not Liam.
And then I started really thinking, if Simon waited to share the bad news, and he still hadn’t
talked to Harry yet then what was that supposed to mean. I immediately started growing
nervous in anticipation of what might happen.
The same thoughts must have occurred to Harry, because he started talking to Simon:
