Graduation is a week away and seniors are getting emotional leaving their friends except for Quinn. She felt grateful for graduating but like everyone else, she didn't want this school year to end especially because she didn't want to be far away from the one she was in love with who's getting married after graduation. Her heart is breaking into pieces. That's also why she doesn't want her to get married besides they are too young for it.
It's Saturday and the glee club had been staying in a hotel in Chicago because that's where the venue is for their National Show Choir Competition. They had been practicing.
They have their thirty-minute break and in their room, Rachel's alone practicing her solo. Quinn opened the door further, silently went inside, and sat on the bed listening to her.
"You always sounded great," Quinn complimented once Rachel's done singing.
Rachel turned around. "Oh, Quinn. I didn't notice you," she said. "But thank you." She went on her Rachel Berry smile.
"Are you really sure about marrying him?" Quinn asked. Of course, about Finn.
"You've asked that many times," Rachel said, lightly laughing not to insult Quinn.
"Look, I just want you to be sure. It's kind of difficult when you become a star and you're married," Quinn said.
"I want to start my new life with him, Quinn. I'm really happy with him."
Quinn gave her a fake smile before standing up, and walking closer to her. "Maybe, I can give you a hug for your solo? I can't give it during the competition because I'm one of the background vocals. It will serve as good luck."
"Yeah." Rachel set down her sheet music and hugged the blonde.
Quinn hugged her tighter before pulling away.
"Thank you," Rachel said.
"You're welcome."
Rachel took a glance at the clock. "Our break is over. We have to go back. Let's go." She took Quinn's hand.
Quinn felt tingles in her hand. She wants this to last forever but they can't.
"Quinn, are you okay? You can talk to me," Rachel said. They are on their way to the room where they will practice.
"I'm gay, Rachel," Quinn said straightforwardly.
"Since when?" Rachel asked.
"Ever since. I didn't have feelings for boys," Quinn confessed.
"Any particular girl you like?" Rachel asked, teasing her.
"Yes. Since freshmen year."
"Care to tell me who—" She was interrupted by a shouting Finn.
"Rachel, Quinn. Hurry up! We have to practice!" he said, standing by the door.
Quinn let go of her hand and walked faster, leaving Rachel behind.
Weird. Rachel thought as she followed Quinn.

After five hours of practice, they finally had their break again. Quinn's really tired that she didn't want to stand any longer. She sat on a stool while wiping her sweat using a towel.
Kurt, Blaine, and Mercedes approached her, sitting next to her.
"Care to tell us something?" Kurt asked.
"About what?" Quinn asked back, still wiping her sweat.
"About your feelings for someone," Mercedes said.
