''she was 8 months pregnant''the doctor said

''that can't be I would know if she was pregnant or not''I said

''what do you mean you would know'' Cass asked looking at me

''Look it is very uncommon for a woman to not know that she's pregnant but it does happen. As for her not showing at 8 months the baby was carrying more in her back and she was also physically fit''the doctor said ''she's lucky she had on that ballistic vest it saved not only her life but the baby's as well''he said

''there's no way she's 8 months pregnant''I said

''She had to have a cesarean the baby boy is doing just fine, a little early at 35 weeks but fine nonetheless''he said
