Chapter 3 - Forming a Relationship

Anne's Pov

I gasped. "Dang," I thought. "He looks even cuter in real life," I thought. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Did I just say he was cute? I don't even know him. Snap out of it Anne. He jumped when I gasped. I giggled, then he laughed. I could already tell he was a nice guy."I'm Anne," I said some what shyly. I don't know why, but I was a little nervous about meeting him. I guess its just because he was in my dream. "Hey," he said still smiling. His voice was sweet. Just by the sound of it you could tell that he was a guy that was always happy. "I'm Zek" he said slyly with joking outlining his voice just perfectly. That got me. I started laughing like a crazy person then stopped. I didn't want him to think I was a weirdo. When I looked up we made eye contact, with my hair messy and all over my face. After a minute of staring, give or take a few minutes, he started laughing like a maniac. At first I was shocked, but eventually we both were laughing like we were from an insane asylum. His laugh was adorable. Gentle yet out of control. When we stopped laughing we took a few breathers then relaxed. This was fun. You know. Just having him around. "OK, OK, OK, " I said after a little while. " Why did I wake up in my house with you sitting next to me?" asked in an curious baby voice that got a giggle out of him. Zek told me all about his way here and when he wandered into the cave and that he brought me here and figured out this was my house when he explored the place a little. I wasn't mad at him which obviously made him a little more relaxed. Who wouldn't be scared that they would be yelled at by the person that owns the house you broke into? After that I was numb from the story some how I ended up saying, " Thanks for getting me out of that cave. If it weren't for you, I probably would have died by a creeper or skeleton," then I hugged him. I hugged him. I hugged him. I hugged him. WOW. Bree is going to flip when I tell her about this. Bree is my best friend that I've known ever since we were ten (lol <3 u Bree-Bree) (oh and btw, Bree is my best friend irl) just in case you didn't know. When I hugged him, he stiffened up, but he relaxed after a little bit. Then, we had to figure out where he was going to sleep. He said that he would just make a small shelter near by, but I convinced him to say with me. "Any way, the village is just an hour away," I reasoned. I made him a bed and put it down. I said that it was really cold and suggested for us to sleep together. I was just about to say never mind but he suprised me and said ok.(don't be a perv about it)

Zek's Pov

I woke up with a girl in my arms. I was startled at first, but then I realized that it was just Anne. I felt my face go pink as I realized what position we were in. She was lying against me with her head against my chest and I has my arms around her. I have no idea how we got there from sleeping a foot away from each other. She is so adorab- WAIT. I was not about to call her adorable. She's practically a stranger. "You don't have a chance Zek. She might have a boyfriend any way. I remember reading about a crush she's had since third grade, Dan. That dude Mitch, her best friend Bree's crush's other best friend, after Jerome." I said in my head.(Do you think that was too discriptive? :3) "But, she still might like youuuuuuuuu," said a small voice in my head. "Shut up voice," I muttered. I prayed to Notch she wasn't awake, kissed her on the forehead, left her a note that I would get my own food, and I went out the door. But, I didn't know that the second I shut the door, Anne's eyes flew open.
