Amber's POV
In my eyes my dad was the greatest person I've ever met.He was a lawyer, he cared more about what was right then the money.However doing the right thing cost him his life.Just thinking of the horrible accident that happened made me want to do stuff i have only seen in very sad movies. but It didn't affect me as much a it affect my older brother James because he spent so much time with him it broke him.My mother doesn't like to talk about it she'll break down more then anyone.
The funeral was only a couple days after his death.Even at the funeral It felt like he wasn't even dead.like he was still alive and with us.
my dads life ended due to a car accident and his body never found. We herd the news at 2 AM i didn't get to process the incident until later that day. I am not so much of an emotional person. I just felt like i was running, i couldn't breath.
No tears came out till much later. I just became unusually quite and distant.
My family was planning on moving from new york to California. We were planning to move months ago for my mom's new job with or with out my dad there was no stopping the move.we had no choice but to pack up are things and leave. I hated the idea of us moving and leaving where we grew up.Where we grew up with my dad.
The movers have gotten are stuff to our home and we flew out there and our uncle dan my moms brother was waiting for us outside of the airport to take us there. I tend to get car sick at times.
This is one of those times.but my uncle rolled down the window so i wouldn't feel so bad. I loved the breeze , and just looking out the window in silence without people trying to make small talk aka my uncle. i loved him so much but he didn't really know what to say in this situation but then again who did so he just kept quiet.
i just gazed out the window most of the ride watching hundreds of people drive by.
but something caught my eye, lets be honest there are many hot guys in cali but this certain group caught my eye.
It was this group of teens around my aged.but one of them caught my especially.
this boy with brown hair ,bright smile and beautiful abs that literally made me want to melt. He was very sexy i had to say but his arms around this chick with what i guess you would call shorts and a shirt .But of course why would a guy like him not be with a girl like her she was really pretty have to say .but you can judge a book by its cover.
they were next to two other guys and along with two other girls basically dressed the same way
anyways over all the group seemed pretty cool. but am not expecting to get along with them.I usually don't hang out with the "cool kids" having so many bad experiences with kids like that. i was just hoping the wouldn't go to my new school but knowing the odds they probably do.
we turn the conner an there gone. i sigh and felt relieved.
At that moment mom say were almost the the new house i roll my eyes not wanting to be almost there.i wanted to be almost home in new york with my dad..
we pulled into our new house and all piled out and started stretching , it was a long ride. then just a moment later the same rang rover i saw at the beach pulls up into the house next door not thinking it was the same guy form the beach i turn away for a moment just to look back and see that same.. perfect guy get out.oh god this should be fun.
