"To think the CEO of a billion-dollar gaming company can't spare even enough money for a decent ride," Ambrosia mumbled, boarding the already overcrowded bus.

"In order to keep out of the media's eye," Seto had explained, last night at dinner "I'll be sending you on the bus and you'll be boarding at the corner and not at the front gate. Mokuba and I will be getting to school by other means."

Now, she stood out in the chilling autumn winds that tickled her bare legs. The blue skirt required as part of the uniform was hardly long enough to be decent and the pink jacket was a size too big. As the bright yellow school bus skated to a stop and two other kids, bar for herself got on. One of them was a pink-haired chick who kept giggling inappropriately and the second was a boy with long black hair and a red and black headband. One of his ears had a piercing that consisted of a die on a string. These were the other children of CEO's... Kimberly Snideer and Duke Devlin.

She sat by herself and shuffled through her bag to pull out her puzzle. At first, nobody acknowledged her but then, Duke excused himself from his intimate flirting with a group of schoolgirls and went to talk to her.

"Hello," he greeted, warmly "Name's Duke Delvin. I don't believe we've met before."

"No," I smiled, shyly "My name's Ambrosia. I'm kinda new here."

"I see," he nodded, turning to look at the incomplete puzzle in my lap "You know, my friend has a puzzle like that. It's supposed to be an upside pyramid, I believe."

"Oh?" she doubted, looking at her own puzzle. Looked like it should be pretty right side up to her.

"I may be wrong," Duke insisted, quickly, waving his hands back and forth to emphasise his point. His Fangirls growled from a distant corner of the bus.

"You may want to return to your fanclub," I warned, eying them warily "They seem very impatient."

"Pfft," Duke dismissed "They're all just fans. I'm in the middle of meeting some FRIENDS... If you'd consider me that..."

"Well," she smiled "You ARE the first person to talk to me so, I guess that kinda makes you my friend."

"Cool," he nodded "Do you want to eat with me and my other friends at lunch today? I'm sure they'd love to meet you."

"Sounds good," I accepted "Will do."

"Awesome," he approves, heading back to his Fangirls "SEE YOU THEN!"
