Chapter 18 : Clingy Chitoge

Chitoge's POV. 

"Would your mom be upset at us right now Chichi?" Kelly asked.

"She won't Kelly. She'll understand this situation.."

"It's my first time, you know. I think it's a bit scary, but that's life.. I think everything happens at 9th grade."

"Yes,, life will start here."

"We're home Chitoge... Are you sure your mom won't be mad or anything?"

"Yes Kelly"

"Hey, why are you guys so early??" My mom asked.

"Well, the school sent us home and here's the letter." I said.

She read the letter and asked, "What happened?? I'll defend the two of you.. Oh you have a punched mark in your face.. I'll fight for this."

"Ryouta did all of these mess." I said.

"I thought you were great friends?"

"I also think of that,, but in the end,, I saw his true color."

"Okay, I'll go tomorrow."

"Thanks mom." I said.

"Kelly,,"

"Yes?"

"Are you alright?" I asked.

"Uhm yes,, Maybe I just need to sleep to end this day.."

"Do you want some tea?"

"No,,, I'm fine.. You should take some rest Chitoge."

"Uhm sure.. Goodnight Kelly."

She smiled a little and said, "Goodnight."

I know this day was tough for her.. We can't go to school tomorrow.. I'll just sleep.. 

Kelly's POV.

Oh It's morning..  I'll do workout first since I won't go to school.

After an hour,, I'm really sweating. Then Chitoge came in my way and gave me a bottle of water.

"Drink it Kelly."

"Uhm thanks. I'll just go down." I said.

"Chitoge?" 

"Yes?"

"Where are they? Your dad? Your siblings?"

"Have you forgotten, it's still a weekday Kelly. They're not here. Mom is in school."

"Oh.. lol it's awkward that me and you are left alone in my house, right?"

"Why are you feeling awkward Kelly? Because you like me?"

"Stop it Chitoge."

"Wait, mom is calling."

"Chitoge,, your case is now okay. The principal suspended Ryota for a week. He might not be able to reach grade 10. And by the way,, I might be going home late because I'm going to grocery. Kelly's birthday is near, so I want to surprise her."

"That's a good idea mom. Goodbye."

"Hey Chichi, what did she said?"

"She said that I can marry you right here, right now."

"Asshole."

"Just kidding. She said that Ryouta is suspended from school for 1 week."

"That's nice."

"And he might not reach 10th grade."

"That's better."

"And I can be your boyfriend right now."

"That's worst. lol."

"You like me Kelly. You love me hahaha"

Well, I do... But I'm shy.

"Why are you looking at me like that Chitoge??? You want to do something to me? Oh no, let me call the police. kidding."

"I'm the police Kelly."

"Lol,, stop. Since the two of us are no only one's in this house,, Let's divide it in two.. You'll stay at that part and I'll stay in this part, so I can swim."

"Are you sure with that? You're gonna miss me Kelly."

"Stop. Lol I'll just change my clothes."

Though I'm saying things like that to Chitoge,, I still like him.

I'm in my room, trying to change clothes and talking to myself.

"Chitoge... Hmmm He's handsome, he's cute, he's funny, he's sweet, he's kind,, he's perfect for me." I said to myself, then when I opened the door, Boom,, Chitoge is there.

"Hi Kelly" He said smiling

"Uhm hello? Did you hear anything?"

"Uhm anything??? Uhm everything. I heard everything. So I'm perfect for you? Yes I am Kelly"

"Let go of my way Chitoge lol you jerk. I'll go to swim."

"Uhm do you want me to swim with you cutie pie?"

"Ew hahaha no thanks Chitoge."

Why does he have to hear everything.. I feel so ashamed of myself. I feel so shy, nervous.. I don't know what to do. I just really like him though. He's really perfect.. Why haven't I noticed him before.. Why does it have to be Ryouta anyway... I love Chitoge.. He'll stay here in my heart.
