WHY!? (Chapter 7)

~Abbie's POV~

When Mimi when out of view, Sam was tackled to the ground. "SAM!" I yelled. On top of him was a shadow with a scythe like mine. When I looked closer, the shadow was a darker version of me. "Help!" Sam yells.

When me and Jabob were about to help him, he gets pushed to the ground and I get kicked to the ground. We both fall, hurting ourselves. "OW!" Me and Jason yelp.

We looked at the attackers. Again, it was shadows, but they looked like us! A shadow version of Jacob kicked me while a shadow version of Sam pushed Jacob. Jacob quickly got off the ground, getting out a sword. 'I need to help Sam!' I thought, doing the same as Jacob, but getting out my pink scythe. I ran up to my shadow, slashing at it.

The mark I made on my shadow self just HEALED! "Guys, they heal when their hurt!" I yell. "Abbie, watch out!" I hear Jacob yell. Too late.... i'm slashed at from behind. "GAH!" I yell. 'I cant fall, I cant let my friends get hurt...' I thought, turning around. Shadow Sam attacked me. I ran up to his shadow, attacking it with all my might. How can we do this when our shadows practically now what were gonna do?! Jason is getting beaten up badly by his own double.

I look at Sam... his wires are getting ripped out and just torn apart by my double. "NO!" I yell, still trying my best to hurt Sam's double. It's not doing anything. Sam's double slashes at me, hitting me. "I'm sorry..." Jason whispers, falling. "Jason!" I yell. "S-ShUttinG D-DowNNN....!" Sam says, sparking then his eyes go black, indicating that he powered down. I start crying as Jason's, Sam's, and I's doubles start to surround me. "STOP IT!" I yell. I try to attack them, but falling from blood loss, giving them the advantage. They attack me, hurting me a lot.

I fall to my knees then to the ground. "I-I failed.... s-sorry..." I manage to whisper then falling to darkness as they grab us, dragging us away.....
