As soon as you saw your boyfriend's face, you felt your legs became weak. You were speechless for a moment at the sight of your boyfriend laying helplessly on the hospital bed. His pale face hurt you a lot.

Realizing your figure, Doyoung smiled.

"Hey pumpkin."

You sat on the empty chair beside the bed and tried to smile but you felt suffocated by looking at Doyoung's current state.

"I-Is that a new nickname? Pumpkin?" You tried to calm yourself by asking the question and Doyoung wiped your tears that started to roll on your cheeks.

"You like it?" He asked, almost whispering. You nodded and put your hands on Doyoung's, before biting on your lips.

"Hey, you okay? Don't cry."

You cried even harder, shaking your head slowly. You couldn't think of anything as your brain dysfunction, your mind was completely empty at the moment.

"Baby, what are you doing here? Is everything alright?" You asked the pale boy and he nodded.

"Everything is alright."

"No, everything is not alright. Tell me, what's happening?"

"Just cancer."

"Just?! You literally dying. Doyoung, you never told me about this before." You couldn't breathe as you choked on your own breathing. This is unfair. Doyoung will always pretend to look happy and care for your health but you never know his health very well.

"I don't have m-much time." Doyoung still smiling and there's no hint of lying in his tone. You sobbed even harder. Your trembling hands tightened your grip on your Doyoung's hands.

"I love you so much." Doyoung whispered and you realized he didn't have much time left. You felt so powerless this time.

"I love you too, Doyoung. But you can't leave me alone."

"My friends will always be there if you need anything. And if I know any of them did a bad thing to you, I make sure to haunt them." Doyoung joke, but the timing was so bad. He is dying and it was painful for Doyoung to see you crying yourself out.

"I love you, okay. I always love you."

Doyoung kissed you before proceed to hug you and both of you know that was  going to be the last time.

Last for everything. Last hug, last kiss and the last time for both of you and him to spend time together.

And soon enough, Doyoung left you. He leave in your embraced and little did you know that was Doyoung last wish before he dies.

To be with you even in his last breathe.

Reading a letter from someone that just passed away was not going to be easy and you are very aware of it. Johnny wants to wait for the right moment to pass you the letter Doyoung had written for you, only you. But, Doyoung asked him to give you the letter as soon as possible and Johnny couldn't ignore his last wish.

Slowly, you opened the letter.

Dear love,

I love you so much and I am happy you are one of those sweet parts of my life. You give me strength that nobody could give it to me, your smile brighten up my days, your little whine makes me want to pinch your cheeks so bad and having you is enough to turn my bad day into a better one.

As much as I love you, we know that you no longer need me. I am sorry since I can't be there anymore to support you, to hug with you and to shower you the love you deserve. Please find another man who will love you better than I do, who will be there with you through thick and thin, who will make you laugh and smile.

Please stay strong, I know losing me is will give you a hard time but promise me, don't give yourself a hard time. I am not going to like that. Sorry for not being the Kim Doyoung that will live with you until you die.

Love, please know that I always love you. There's no one beside you. I love you so muchh, so freaking much. Take care of yourself, okay?
