"Mom, im old enough to take care of myself. I dont need a babysitter. Im 16." I complained. My mom was leaving for a day and she wanted one of her closest friends son watch me. I just dont get it. Im 16 years old. Dont ya think I could watch myself?
"Its okay honey, he's outside anyways."
"But hes one year older than me, you think he could watch himself to? He doesnt need to waste his time watching me when im old enough to watch myself." I stated, criossing my arms as the doorbell rang and my mom went to get it.
I sat on the couch, putting Wild N Out on.
"Hi Cole, nice to see you guys again. Shes in the living room, ill be home about 10pm. Make sure she doesnt burn the house down" I heard my mom say, and I roll my eyes.
Cole. Who the fuck is Cole? .. I think Ive heard my mom talk about him once. But I dont remember him. At All.
He walked through the door and My mom told him everything he needs to do to watch me. I still dont get it, im fucking 16. Anyways, he was tall. Blondish/brownish hair. He had brown eyes and cute. Wow.
"Hi , Im Cole.. I guess im gonna be watching you...?" He said, more of a question. I looked at him and Looked back at the Tv.
"Yeah, I guess you are. Im Jamie." I said, sighing .
"Hey, dont sigh. Ill make this fun!" He said. He went in his pocket and got out a bottle.
Bottle? Of What? Oh, silly string.
"Um, no offence.. but how old are you" I said, giggling a little.
"Im 17. Yes, im a 17 year old who carries 2 cans of silly string in his pockets" he said, which made me laugh, and he joined in laughing too.
He tossed a can of silly string to me and he took one of his own.
"One.. Two .. Three! YOU BETTER RUN!!" He screamed, chasing me to the backyard, shooting silly string in my hair.
I turned around quickly and shot some silly string near his face. He continued to chase me around and I chased him too.
-10pm-
My mom finally came home. Me and Cole got to know eachother throughout all the hours he was here. it was actually beyond fun.
I had to walk Cole out to his car , haha.
"Bye Cole, i had fun!"
"Bye Jamie, i did too. What ur phone number, ill call you" he said, and winked.
We put eachother's numbers in our phones and hugged.
Well..
I made a new friend.
