Everyone goes through a little pain maybe hurting their foot or arm. But trust me nothing hurts more than the pain in depression. Trying so hard not showing, then talking to people and they don't understand you. That's The Pain I go through everyday ALL the time. Maybe people don't see it and just ignore but, just a reminder try and look in their eyes and tell them "You're not fine. What's wrong?"
But know that their answer will always be "I'm Fine."
