Chapter 1; Stupid Mondays
RILEY'S POV
I woke up, sadly. Today I had to go to hell, school. I stood up and looked at myself in the mirror, unfazed with what I saw.
My cheeks were tear stained and my eyes were bloodshot. I sighed, I couldn't tell my mom I didn't feel well. She wouldn't care, she's a cold heartless bitch.
Your probably wondering, who calls there mom a cold, heartless bitch? Well I do.
It wasn't always like this, in fact I used to love her to death. That was before my dad was murdered.
It was my 10 birthday that my dad was murdered from on his way back from work. I'm 17 now but yet I still remember it like yesterday.
I glanced at the clock and swore loudly. I quickly stripped of my clothes and took a quick shower.
After, I threw on a green long sleeved top and some dark blue skinny jeans, put my hair into a messy bun and ran down the stairs.
I grabbed an apple and jumped into my car and drove to school.
'School' just saying it makes me shudder. I hate school. I have no friends and I get bullied but I guess that's ok.
I'm there for my education, not to socialise.
I grabbed my books from my locker and started to walk to class when all of I sudden I bumped into someone. A sharp pain went through my arm.
Yes, my arm. I started to self harm after I started to get bullied. It helps me release my pain. My sadness.
I mumbled a quick "Sorry" and picked up my books. I looked up to see who I bumped into.
It was the one and only, bad boy of Jefferson High, Andrew Flynn.
Andrew Flynn, Jefferson High's bad boy. Every girl wanted him and every boy wanted to be him.
He was about 6"3, with shaggy blond hair and electric blue eyes.
He nodded and walked away but not before handing me my math text book.
I was about to start walking when I heard 'her' voice.
"Move it bitch!" The high pitched voice screeched.
Oh no. Rebecca Smith, also known as Jefferson High's slut. Rebecca has been bulling me since forever.
"I said movie it! You whore!" She said as she pushed me into the lockers.
People that were lurking the halls started to laugh at me. I could feel the tears well up in my eyes.
"Awe is the poor whore going to cry?" She sneered. Her minions laughed.
I shook my head and started to pick up my books, again. Everybody started to clear out and head to their classes.
As I was about to go I looked at the corner of my eye and noticed Andrew staring at me but I brushed it off.
He probably just thinks I'm a weak freak. Everybody else does.
This is not how I planned to start my Monday
