Together Forever (A 02L fanfiction)

Ch. 12

I wake up from a bad dream, and Connor is shaking me awake.  "It's okay, your okay. Breathe baby." He says holding me. "Thank you connor." I say hugging him.  I get up and decide that its a good day to wear my new grey uggs, and my tights and my long pink silky shirt.  I brush my teeth and then I feel a really bad pain in my left foot, and I look down and my foot is twisted in a odd way.  How did this happen. I must have done something, but right now it was killing me.  "CONNNORRR." I scream.  I hear Connor run into the bathroom, and look at my foot.  "Kayden, what happened?" He says.  "I don't know, I was just in the bathroom and then I looked down, and I saw it." I say breathing heavily.  "Okay, lets get you to the hospital to see if anything is broken."He says nicely.  He picks me up, bridal style and carries me to the car.  Right now my foot has turned black and blue and was very swollen.  "Babe, that looks really bad." Connor says. "Way to make me feel good, I hope I didn't break it, because if I did I would have to wear a stupid boot on my foot." I said to Connor.  "It's okay, if you do break it, I will help you throughout the whole thing.  Don't worry." He said cutely.  We get to the hospital and Connor comes to my side of the car and helps me get out.  I put my arm around his waist, and limp along beside him.  The automatic door opens, and we get into the new hospital.  We go up to the hospital receptionist.  She looks very similar to the lady we saw here the day I met Connor.  "Um Hi, my girlfriend needs help with her foot.  I think she twisted it or something, can we get someone to look at it?" Connor says protectively.  "Um yes, go down the hall and take a left into the doctor's office." She says nicely.  "Thank you very much." He says and starts walking down the hall.  He knocks on the door, and the doctor answers.  "Yes, how may I help you?" He says politely.  "Um the receptionist said we could come to your office, so you could look at my girlfriends foot." He says.  "Um, yes come on in." the doctor says.  We walk in and Connor places me on the table type of thing thats usually in a doctor's office.  "Okay let me see your foot." the doctor says.  I take off my ugg, and place my foot near the doctor.  "Oh my, that definetly is broken.  I'm sorry to say but you are going to have to get a boot.  Let me go down the hall and grab one your size." He says and walks down the hallway.  "Connor, ugh this is going to suck." I said sadly.  "It's okay Kay, we will get through this together.  It's just one broken foot." He says putting his hand on my thigh.  "Thank you Connor." I say smiling.  The doctor comes back in with the boot, and places it on my left foot.  "Thank you doctor, do I need to make a new appointment for a couple of months?" I say.  "Yes, how about we do 5 months. Same day." He says.  "That would be good." I say getting up and limping out of the room with Connor following me.  

*At home*

Connor's P.O.V:

We get home and I go into my room, to change out of my clothes, because well my car has no air conditioning.  So I change into a batman tank top and my toms, and also my jeans and my raybans.  I walk out of my room, and into the back yard, where Kayden is sleeping in the hammock so cutely.  I decide to pick her up gently.  I lay down and then lay her next to me.  I wrap my arm around her, and she puts her head on my chest.  I kiss her forehead, and she wakes up. "Sorry to wake you sunshine." I say.  "Oh whatever." She says and closes her eyes again.  I see Kian walk out with a water gun.  "Don't you dare." I say at him. "What was I going to do?" Kian asks.  "Don't spray me." I say.  "Okay." He says but sprays Kayden.  "Ah, what the hell." She screams. She jumps out of the hammock which results in me falling off of the hammock.  "Ow." I say.  She limps over to Kian, and smacks him in the face. "What was the for Kian." She says, taking the water gun away from him and spraying him back.  "Uh ah." Kian says, running away.  Kayden is pretty much drenched now, so I go inside and grab a pair of her cool pair of tights and a crop shirt to go with it.  I come outside and hand them to her.  "Thanks Connor." She says calmly.  She walks inside and changes into them, she also puts her hair up in a high ponytail tied up with a cute ponytail.
