Your P.O.V
You sit back down on the couch watching your best friend Kami throw her long red dyed hair in a ponytail and she looks at you " What movie do you want to watch?" She said holding up Dead Silence, Freddy V.S Jaceson, Child's Play 2,and a few others."Hmm....can I watch the news real quick? After that we can watch Dead Silence." She rolled her eyes and went to turn on the TV and when she did a bright blue screen was showing with the word 'ATTENTION' then I shot a scared look at her and look back at the T- WAIT, I'm a Dixon I can't be scared. A man started to speak "ATTENTION THERE ARE DEAD CORPS WALKING. LOCK ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS AND STAY INSIDE!" Kami turns off the TV and we look at each other and I nod. We both know what we are think because we prayed that if it happened we would destory it.
Kami runs down the hall to my room and grabs two big Nike backpacks. "Here I put you some clothes in there for you ." she said handing me the grey bag and you pout " Why can't I have the black one?" She gives you a 'really' look " We don't time for this." She said and I laugh a little. I ran to 'The Cabinet' it has a lot of canned goods and I grab only the stuff we needed and a few cans of pudding. "Kami ya got the bathroom stuff?" I heard her stub her toe and yell "What the Hades!" ( Percy Jackson anyone?) I laugh a little and yell " Even in the zombie apocalypse ya still stub your toe on the stairs!" I zipped up the bag and start to think about Dad I hope he is okay ,but I'm sure he's alright he's a Dixion. Kami walks to me " What's the plan (Y/N)?" I look at her confidently " We find a car and rade some stores on the way to Atlanta,Georgia and kill those 'things' if needed" we noded and head outside before I stepped out I took one last look and ran and grabbed the picture of Mom and ran out.
