I rolled my eyes at my phone throwing it down. "Well who pissed in yo cereal?" Dria said while turning the TV down in her room so we could talk Like we usually do after school. I honestly love this girl so much. We've been bestfriends since kindergarten. Our parents were close too so we basically grew up as sisters.
When Dria turned 15, her parents split up causing her to have to move but her mom still lives in the area. She goes back and forth from house to house which I can tell she hates but we don't speak on it. Ever. I always want to bring it up when we're in an awkward silence but I know she'd push me away and probably never talk to me again. So I just keep quiet.
"Nobody. Just that Justin boy again with his shenanigans" I said in my best Joseline Hernandez accent. She laughed at me helplessly. "Gurl. You better take advantage of that nigga. Every bitch in Atlanta want his high yellow ass" I scoffed and rolled my neck. "Bitch where? He ain't even all that" I argued. "Bitch please. You mean to tell me he ain't fine?" she said shoving an instagram picture in my direction.
