It was the last day of school, time for crappy year books to be passed around, time for hugs and sobs from friends you'd see all summer.

I had walked out of the dance room, feeling a part of me being left in the dance room.

I was always so awkward, but the music helped me unwind. The beat to all songs helped me feel as if I belonged, helped me feel as if I wasn't as alone as I was.

The sun hit my eyes and made everything look a little not right, so I stopped to let my eyes clear.

Oh, how I wished I didn't.

He was standing outside, looking at me.

All the air seemed to have froze, everything seemed to have stopped in time to just revolve around how his lightlightlight brown eyes looked at mine.

I went to walk his way, hoping to say something to make him smile like I did, when it happened.

I now had figured he wasn't looking at me, but at her.

All the air froze for her, everything in time froze for them the minute he even saw a glimpse of her.

She ran to him, jumping in his arms as his beautifulbeautiful smile broke on his face, for her.

I had thought his smile for me was pretty, but the smile for her was a total different thing.

His smile for her was so vibrant and warm it could surpass the sun, it was brighter than the sun.

I then saw them kiss, both giggles from the two and smiles that surpassed the suns warmth.

A part of me was left there too, causing me to walk away, and not look back.
