*Normal*POV*
You follow Jeff as he walks out to the fight, he seems extremely calm despite the odds. As you come to the small clearing, Jeff holds a hand out.
"Wait here, alright?" You nod and lean back against a tree, watching as Jeff walked out. Randy, who was fighting Kitten, noticed Jeff and pushed her away, Troy grabbed her before she could go back to Randy, who was now racing at Jeff with his knife drawn.
"Time to die you creepy fuck!" The dead boy yelled as Jeff pulled his own knife. The weapons met in the air and the two began fighting, you heard screaming and turned your head to see The Rake tearing into Keith with ease, just a ways away Kitten was fighting Troy, she kept leaping at him, trying to get a good hit in, but couldn't seem to. Finally she leaped on his back and began choking him, screeching. "Come on you tub of lard! Die already!!"
You giggled, hearing her and went back to watching. Troy finally ripped her off and sent her flying back, turning he pulled a knife from his pocket and flung it, straight at you. Your eyes widened in fear, but you couldn't move, couldn't duck, couldn't scream. You could only watch as the knife came flying at you. Then you saw the flash of red and black as Smile leaped out in front of you, he yelped in pain as the blade sunk into his shoulder, and he fell to the ground. Finally you found the strength to move and fell to your knees at the dogs side.
"Smile!!" Kitten yelled in horror, seeing him get hit. Rouge ran out beside you, nudging her friend. The male dog whined and Rouge's head slowly turned to look at Troy. You could hear the doberman growling devilishly as she turned, her fur sticking up. She bolted at Troy, Kitten was on the fat boys back again, holding him still as her dog raced in for revenge. You turned away, knowing the results of the angry dog would be horrifying. But you did hear Troy yowling in pain as his screams were replaced by deep throated gurgles of blood. You shivered and placed a hand gently on Smile's stomach. "It's ok boy, you'll be ok." You whisper, looking up. Your fear for the dog was gone in an instant when you saw Kitten racing at Jeff's back, ready to attack.
"Jeff..." You whisper "Jeff!" You scramble up, only to feel a hand on your shoulder, you look over and see The Rake, soaked in blood. He nods and says "Watch." He turns his attention to the three, as do you.
Just as Kitten reaches the black haired teen, he falls to the ground, Kitten leaps over him and you watch her sink her teeth into Randy's throat, she swings around him so she's on his back, and you see the skin ripped back from his throat. Jeff is back up in an instant, lunging at Randy and bringing his knife down into the ghost's chest. Randy screams and you close your eyes tightly, hearing the squelch of the knife as it is thrusted into the other teen's flesh.
When the noise stopped, you didn't dare open your eyes, not until you felt Jeff's cold hands on your shoulders. He helped you up and looked down at Smile, who was being picked up by Kitten.
"I'll take him back to the mansion and fix him up." She says, before turning and walking away. You quickly follow.
"Will he be alright?" You ask as you catch up to her.
"Yes, the wound is deep but not bad. Though i am gonna teach you some defense moves after all of this, so in case that happens again you can move out of the way."
You frown and sigh. "I'm sorry i just couldn't move, i tried but.."
She nods "I understand, i was like that to once."
"Really?"
"No, but i thought it would make you feel better." She smiles.
"Well there's one problem, Jeff doesn't want me training with anyone in that mansion."
She looked at you and laughed faintly. "Thats because everyone in that mansion is insane!" She looks at your shocked face and giggles "In a good way that is~"
You laugh with her and walk into the mansion, leaving The Rake, Jeff and Rouge in the clearing.
*Jeff's*POV*
I watched the two girls walk off and sighed, The Rake seemed to notice and looked at me.
"Pretty weird, huh?" He asked
"What's weird?"
"Your new girlfriend and your ex-girfriend being so... er, close."
"Ya.."
"Dude, you better watch out, something bad happens when humans act like this."
"One, how would you know so much about humans, and two technically Cat isn't human."
"Cat? When did you start calling her that?"
"Remember that night i chased her downstairs and out of the house when she was in her towel, and she was screaming 'rape', and we both came home scratched up and caked in dirt. Ya she called me Jeffery."
The Rake chuckled and rolled his eyes. "Don't try that with (Your name). She's human, she could get hurt a lot worse then Fluffy."
"You still call her that?" I asked him, slightly shocked.
"Of course~" He chuckled and we started walking back toward the mansion.
"You know, i don't exactly think (your name) is human though."
Rouge nodded in agreement as we followed Rake and I heard her voice in my head. "I agree, there is definitely something different about her, but what?"
I shrugged. "I guess we'll have to wait and find out."
*Normal*POV*
You sat in the bedroom, watching Kitten finish cleaning and bandaging Smile's wounds. "So," You say casually. "I've been hearing a lot of the pasta's saying 'Welcome back', what do they mean by that?"
She looks over at you with her bright green eyes. "I, ah, left for awhile. It's a stupid story really."
"Oh."
"All i'm gonna tell you right now, is it included me and Jeff, getting in a large fight and both of us almost dying. And" She paused her sentence, cleaning up and was turning to go to the door when she finished it. "Jeff's my Ex." She smiled and laughed faintly, seeing you tense up. "Don't worry, i'm not gonna try to kill you cause your with him, i broke up with him, so it was my decision." You relaxed slightly, then tensed again as the door opened and Jeff walked in.
"Smile will be alright, just let him rest." Kitten said, turning to the male. She went to exit when Jeff stopped her. "Thanks, Kit, for fixing Smile, and bringing (your name) back."
The neko nodded. "Hey, thats what partners do, right?" She smiled and turned back to the door when a gruff voice sounded down the hall, making you tense up even more.
"So i hear my Kitten's back!"
The cat girls eyes lit up. "Hero-!" She couldn't even finish his name before the minecraft character had her pulled into a tight embrace, his white eyes looking from Kitten to (your name). "Heh, well Jeff this is probably really awkward for you." He chuckled before walking out with a snickering Kitten.
"Fuck you to!" Jeff yelled back, and rolled his eyes.
"I know what he means." You say casually, standing and walking over to Smile's side.
"W-what?" Jeff looks at you shocked.
Kitten told me about you being her 'Ex'."
"Oh, did she mention us used to be partners?"
"No."
"Ok, well she and i have to hunt together at night, just so you know. Sorry but Slendy put us together again."
"Thats fine." You smile at him, but something burns inside of you. "Am i jealous?" you think. "No way..."
"OH COME ON!" You jump hearing Herobrine's loud voice boom from downstairs. "What the..?"
"Did i mention that Kitten was the only one who could beat everyone in video games at least once, even if it was their own game? She was best at beating Hero." He chuckled. "Come on, lets go watch them all get their butt's kicked." He holds out a hand and you take it gently, following him down.
