**Kirstie POV**
Scott seems like a nice guy. We've been talking for about two years now. But if he ever found out about who I really am it might ruin things.I don't want that to happen.
He's a really great guy! I don't want to scare him away. If we ever meet I'm gonna have a lot of explaining to do.

"Oh speak of the devil." I say to myself.
It's Scott.
"Hey how are you?" The message reads.
"I'm good. Just a little tired from work is all." I reply back to him.
"Can I ask you something?" He says.
"Shot." I write.
"Are you really who you say you are?" He types.
I just froze. He's on to me! I have to say something quick before he starts to get ideas.
"Yes of course! I wouldn't lie to you, Scottie." I quickly reply back.
"Okay. I just don't like being lied to." He says.
Well shit. Now I feel bad.
"I wouldn't lie to you." I type.
"That's good. At least I can trust you."
"Well I have to go back to work my break is over. Talk to you after I get off." I say bidding my goodbyes.
You see, when me and Scott first started talking, I told him that I was a music producer for a small company in my little town in Maryland.
When really that's not the case at all.
I'm a trained assassin. Who works for people that need to "get rid" of someone or "handle" a problem. I can't really same much about my job. It's a lot of classified information between me and my clients.
If Scott ever found out, he would for sure turn me into the cops and we can't have that.
Then I would be forced to do something I don't want to do to Scott.
