Garmau-Chapter 2

We have ten more minutes before the bell rings so I have that time to sit alone?! "Oh no!" I realized everyone  is going to be looking down at me for  not having any friends!

I step back in horror of making a fool out of myself on the first day of school "No!" I whisper to myself "Nya!~"

I feel like my heart stopped. At first I was to prepared to be scolded for falling on someone but I look up and saw....

"H-hey are you okay?" a soothing voice asked.

"I-I'm so sorry I'm fine I-I j-just didn't mean to run into y-you huh?"

I stuttered nervously not daring to speak again til' he spoke.

"Are you okay? If I wasn't there that might've been a nasty spill for you." He said. I looked up at him is soothing voice.... He's so dreamy I thought.

"Uh hello are you okay?" He said. Could he be talking to me? He is talking to me! I gasped for air and found my self drooling over him. Just say something cool my brain told me!

"Y-you.. cool!" I managed."T-thanks for help me!" I choked.

"Do you need to go to the nurse office or something?" He said still holding me. "Uh.. My first day?" I squeaked. "Ahh freshman." He said feeling more relaxed. "You're acting all weird." He said.

"Yes!" I said. "That's totally the reason why I'm acting all weird!" I said in triumph. "Thanks for catching my fall." I said nervously.

"Ahh no problem.. You just fell into me.. Y-you should really watch where your going." He warned. This guy is much more polite than the other guy I bumped into earlier I thought.

"I will." I promised as he walked away. He hesitated and looked back. "Take care okay?" He said sounding sincere. "See you around freshman!" he called.

As he walked away I stood there frozen in thought. Fan girling over his sweet soft voice and the warmth of is hands drooling as I watched him walk away.

I realized all the weird and embarrassing things I said. "You cool?", "Thanks for help me?" I repeated "Urghh I'm such an idiot I scolded my self.

"Wow didn't you look pathetic drooling all over him!" A voice said. I turned around to see a pink haired girl standing behind me. I was stunned so I responded with.. "Huh m-me?!"I said.

"Yeah, of course you!" She said clearly annoyed. I was beginning to get sick of her voice already. Ugh!

"I saw you play that innocent freshman act!" she claimed. "W-what?" I answered. "I didn't?"

"Look I don't have time to deal with you!" She continued folding her arms over her chest "Just know that Garroth Ro'Meave is OFF LIMITS!" she said like a snake. "Okaaay?!" she snapped. "And don't get any idea's!" she grunted.

"Later freshman!" her "evil hench men" said. Also known as a "friend".

"I have a name y'know!" I fired back. "Urgh! who does that girl think she is!" I cursed.

RING!

"Huh? The bell? That didn't feel like ten minutes at all!" I breathed. "What I have idea to go.. Do I just follow the crowd?!" I sighed. "Errr, I guess I do!" I said walking towards that mob of students.

"This looks very confusing!" I groaned placing a tired sweaty hand on my forehead.

"Where I'm I supposed to go? What am I supposed to do first." I say looking at the stands.

I will just ask for help.  I walk over to a teacher with bleach blonde hair, brown eyes and wild bushy eyebrows. My eyes land on his long stained  blue coat with his faded red and shirt and his purple necktie. "Excuse me uh sir?" I squeak. "Ah! welcome! You must be new here!" He exclaims nodding at me. "Of course I am sir! I reply. "Pretty much everybody  in this room is a freshman , right? I continue.

"HAHA! Oh that's right I forgot! I've been teaching here so long, plus I taught summer school so today doesn't feel any different since I only got a week off! he cheers.

I see so my theory was right maybe Teony is some super freshman who was in summer school!

"What middle school are you coming from?" he questions. "Oh uh I was home schooled."I squawk.

"Oh I see.. uh, so do you have any childhood friends here you could mingle with?" He asks patting down his bleached hair.

"I had some friends here when I was a kid, but I moved out of town and now I vaguely remember them!" I say with a painful smile.

"Now is not the time to be alone!" he shrieks a little to loudly.

What?

"Do you have any friends at all?" he asks. That's kind of a rude question to ask.

"I do have  friends of course online friends that I talk to in my game!" I prattle on.

"...Oh you poor socially awkward child!" he says alluringly

"Not to worry! I WILL TELL YOU HOW OUR SCHOOL SYSTEM WORKS!" he wails a little to loudly.

"As you can see this is where you'll pick up a folder that contains your schedule." he clarifies.

"Did your parents pre-register you?" he questions.

"I think so?" I say with uncertainty

"Good" he exclaims "Well then go pick up your packet. Once you have it it will tell you where your homeroom is."

"Then you'll head there and your teacher will guide you through orientation day."

"Orientation day?" I ask.

"The first day of school for Freshman! Today you will get to meet your homeroom classmates, then you can mingle at the club social event- it's where you'll go and meet clubs the  and a few upper class men."

"No thanks, I rather just hangout in my comfort zone with the other freshman!" I smile.

"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH!" he laughs making me feel more and more uncomfortable.

"Well bad news! That's not how our school system works! Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors are usually intermingled in all classes EXCEPT for homeroom." Now it's his turn to smile.

"You're kidding me?!" I squabble

"NOPE!"

"Now go on, get your packet and head to homeroom. This place is about to clear out you definitely want to get a good seat in your homeroom! he boomed.

I thank him for is help and head off to get my packet and set on my journey to homeroom.
