The cold wind whips at my face, making me squint in reply. My freezing hand clutches the handle of my baggage, bouncing at it rolls against the rocky ground. The sun peaks from the horizon, layers of colours behind it. It's getting dark and I need to find my house.

"B-12," I mutter, reading the piece of yellow parchment in my free hand. I look up and nod. "Right, this is it."

I am standing in front of a two-story house, with a brick roof and cemented walls. It has a huge front porch decorated with artificial plants that hang from the wooden poles. I heave my luggage up the porch steps, wheezing as I go.

Turning around, I place my hand on my hips to scan the surroundings. As my gaze skips over the house before me, I catch sight of black hair and focus on it.

A pretty girl with blacl hair held back in a ponytail and grey eyes stares at me, her gaze deadly. I swallow the discomfort bubbling in me and walk into my house, the floor creaking with every step I take.

"Mmm," I sigh, inhaling the wonderous smell that swirls around me. Roses...my favourite. Setting my luggage to one side, I smile.

"Time to turn over a new leaf!"
