My Little Princess,

I am glad that you feel safe, protected, and invincable. That is what I want you to feel. Know that I will never let anything harm, scare, or haunt you. I will protect you until the day I die and forward after the light. No matter what, the hugs you give me always give me strenghth to go forward and keep fighting. Even though you spen most of your time cooped up hiding in your room I want you to do something. Come out of your room. Go on adventures; Find your imagination and sore to the clouds. Try to face the world with your head held high and an attitude that says.

'I'm invincable. I am not scared. I will fight and overcome my challenges and fears. Fear Me.'

Though your daddy is yelling more. Does not mean that you should be scared. He is a busy man who needs to relieve stress, anger, and pent up emotion. Even though he should not do it on, around, or towards you. Know that even though he may scare you. It is okay to hide and run but, know that it is okay to fight back. All the nightmares you are haveing may be scary but, they can't hurt you they are only dreams that your fears are in charge of. Nightmares tell you that even though things are scary all you have to do is be brave and it will all go away.

If you run away I will search and search until I find you and know for certain you are safe. 

Tell your father. Don't let it keep happening because you are  scared to face it. Sometimes the only way to over come a challenge or fear is to face it straight on and if he hurts you. I'll take care of it from there.

All you have to do to make the nightmares go away is remeber. I may not be there in body but, I'm there in heart, mind, and spirit. If that doesn't help look or touch the things I have given you and then you will know I am there. You are safe and the world is happy again.
