Hey guys. I'm sorry that the chapter has been so late. It's hard to get everything to work when you have school, homework, sports, friends, family, I hope you understand. I have decided to make this part a bit special, because I got One Direction tickets for me and my best friend. I hope you like it.
Mikayla's P.O.V.
I woke up because my phone was ringing. I was very tired. I had been talking to Kate on the phone after we arrived home from our movie day, until the time sudddenly said 4:21 am and I hang up because I was tired. It was Kate who called me, how could she already be up, it was only 9:45 am. She should still be sleeping. I should still be sleeping, but I couldn't ignore her.
"Hello? It's Kayla." I said.
"Heeeeeeeeey gurl!" Kate yelled back at me.
"Ouch Kate, oyu don't have to yell." I told her.
"Kayla The Champs are coming to our town! We have to get tickets! They are coming for sale in two days 8:00 o'clock in the morning!" She said quickly
The Champs as we called them, they're real name was The Champions had been audition for a song contest and they were placed third, but they had become very popular in very short time. It was a boyband with three boys on the same age as us. The first one was Paul Higgins, he was blonde with brown eyes, then we have Zayn Malik, he has black hair and very dark brown eyes, his voice makes you melt and then there Josh, Josh Devine, he plays drums, but he also sings, he's the 'cute' one in the band I have a soft spot for him and his deep voice and the way he looks. Together they are perfect, and then they are also best friends.
"You are kidding me, right?" I asked.
"NOO! Kayla they're coming! Can I come over? Will make Louis and Harry come too and help us get those tickets!" She answered.
"Arrrrggggg, YAY!" I screamed.
My mum came into my room.
"What's happening honey?" She asked worried.
"I'm sorry mum, but The Champs are coming to town" I replied.
"That boyband?" She asked.
"Yes, mum" I replied.
"Okay, just as long you are okay, I just heard you scream, but that is typical a girl in your age." She said and walked out.
"It was just my mum." I told Kate.
"I could hear that. I've known you and you mum for like forever, so if I didn't knew, which kind of friend would I then be?" She said and laughed.
"Well, I don't know," I said an laughed with her. "Just come over, bye."
"Bye Kayla." She said and hung up.
It was Saturday and I had no idea what to do. I was too tired to do anything, Kate and I was going to have lots of fun, but I think that we're only going to watch films, and just talk and fangirl about The Champs.
My mum yelled that the door bell was ringing and I knew it was Kate who else would it be.
I walked downstairs and opened the door.
"Hey Kat.." I said but stopped.
It wasn't Kate. It was Darcy my cousin who lived in the other part of the country. Why haven't my mum or dad told me that she was coming?
"Hey Darcy." I said. "What are you doing here." I asked.
"Hello Mikayla. Well I've missed you too." She said and hugged me.
"I'm sorry, it's just that mum haven't told me you were coming." I said.
"She didn't know either. My dad was phoned yesterday by his job and he had to go on a business trip to America today, so he drove me to the train station and here I am. I hope it's okay?" She said.
Her father is a man who take his job very serious and he was almost always on his office, until his wife aka my aunt died two years ago. She was attacked by some animal and killed. Darcy needed her father more than ever and his boss offered him to make a office in his home so he was at home the most of the time. He also goes on trips like this to other countries. Darcy sometimes live with her friends, but when he is gone for longer than a week, she comes to our house.
"Mum! Darcy's here." I yelled.
My mum came out to the front door.
"Darcy? What a surprise!" My mum said.
"I'm sorry for coming without letting you know" Darcy said.
"Don't be sorry dear, you know you always can come. Well for how long will John be gone this time?" My mum asked.
"He wasn't sure, but he said at least a month." Darcy replied.
"A month? That was a long time." My mum said, surprised.
"He's in America. And yes it is." Darcy said.
"Come inside Darcy" I said.
I almost closed the door and then I heard Kate yell.
"Mikayla keep the door open!"
"Kate!" I yelled and ran towards her.
I reached her and we walked inside.
"Darcy is here, I hope you don't mind." I told Kate.
"No of course not, you know I love Darcy she is just the kindest person I've ever known." She replied.
And I agreed with her. Darcy was an incredible kind person, no matter what happend to her, she always saw it in a positive way. She was very rarely angry or upset. Darcy had a a dark blond or light brown hair colour og very special eyes, I've never seen any eyes like her's. The pupils are black like anybody else pupils but around the pupils they are a bit orange/yellow and in the end they are green and then white like anybody else.
"Come on girls." I said after we had been eating lunch. We walked to my room and started talking about The Champs and watched films. Darcy would love to come to the concert too. We didn't do anything else that day. Darcy, Kate and I held a sleepover and we had so much fun.
