This is for a fanfiction called "Losing The Right". It's hard for me to explain the plot simplky, because I KNOW EVERYTHing, and it's kinda hard to not add information that ruins the twists even if its majorly important.

CHAPTER 1

Marinette had always lived in Paris. She always knew the Agreste Mansion existed, but she ignored it. It didn't have anything to do with her life so why should she care- Other than the fact that her idol lived and worked in that house.

Marinette's summer was lonely . Alya-her only friend- was off on a "culinary experience of a lifetime" with her mom for the summer. Marinette could only lock herself in her room and sketch fashion designs, and then hand-sew them until her hands gave out, then she would watch whatever show was on, and then she would go on her deck and stare into the sky.

This routine went on for about a full month until a Arts Festival was taking place, which made Marinette so excited because she could put her designs out, so people could BUY HER WORK! Maybe a talent scout was there! Maybe Mr. Gabriel Agreste would be there. The website had barely been up for two minutes when Marinette had finished the sign-up/rental information/parental permission, because she needed a few things. She WAS only 17. As stated earlier she did also need parental permission because SHE WAS 17.

After a few days Marinette was ready. All her designs were ready to be purchased, and she couldn't have made anything more perfect. She walked over to the stand that her favorite design was on. It was a hand-embroidered cardigan with a bird in the lower left-hand corner, pointing to a bird in the upper right-hand corner. The cardigan has balloon sleeves, and is an elegant black.

Another design she made was a black derby hat, with a feather attached to the side. This also made Marinette very proud because she hand created every fabric of the hat, because she could not make a bird feather out of thin air (although that would be cool!).

// Adrien POV

I was waiting for my dad to bring in his next new intern. It seems as if every month he had a new one because "They just were not worthy of working for me. I deserve someone who can work." When I was younger, and I knew my dad was hiring I hoped my mom would show up one day wanting to "work", but really wanted to just join the family again. But 13 years later my mom still hasn't shown up. Now I wish that my mom still thought about me/Hadn't replaced me with another blond baby named Adrien.

I always wanted to go to public school, but my dad was too concerned. "Someone might recognize you as the boy who's mom walked out on him", or the whole "I am a very prestigious man and public school is... disgusting...".
