~~~~~~Kira POV~~~~~~~
For a bad girl, Chloe sure drives slow. She says she drives slow because the doesn't want to lose her licence, but I'm not too sure. "Quite right, Kira." I hated it when she intrudes my thoughts. I should learn to put up a mind block. "Now don't do that, then I won't be able to tell how you feel!"
"Jeez Chloe! Stop reading my mind! Do you know how annoying it is?!" I yelled/laughed at her. "Let's just get to where we're going, Chloe. And hurry up, claustrophobia doesn't stop and wait..." Amy said, clear panic flowing back into her eyes. "Where exactly ARE we going... Chloe?" Chloe had taken on a glazed look. The truck was swerving violently, I grabbed the wheel and steered the ford into the ditch. It rolled once, then stopped, upside down. "Is everyone okay!? Amy? Chloe?" I climbed out the broken window, and helped Amy out. Together, we went to the other side and pulled Chloe out. Her eyes were closed, and it looked as if she was sleeping. Her turquoise eyes flung open, and she quickly got up and looked at the truck. "Oh no... oh f*ck no... mom's going to KILL me..." she said, grasping her hair in a pulling motion. "Chloe, calm down, everything's fine...well, except for your truck. No one's hurt. Too badly, anyway. Check yourself for wounds, people!" I glanced at Amy, she didn't look hurt, except for blood on her tee. "Chloe... what happened that made us crash...?"
You may notice that Amy and I act like Chloe's the most important one of the group. Well, she is. She goes through so much pain everyday, she picks up on everyone's thoughts whether she likes it or not. That's what she says, anyway. "I...I saw something... something bad. It's coming after us." I glanced at Amy, who had the most bravery, to see how she would react. Her face was expressionless. "What was it, or could you even see its face clearly?" I asked, my worried thoughts probably overtaking her own confused ones. "It looked like a... like a bear, crossed with a wolf or cat. You know, big, lunky body of a bear, wolf ears, cat tail, but even bigger than a full grown grizzly. It was really huge, then a voice came from no where and said 'I am coming' in a creepy way." Welp, there goes our normal afternoon.
