His Dream

Gwen
I wake up and try to get out of bed, but I feel someone's grip tighten around my waist.
I flip over to see Duncan with his arms tight around me and his leg over me.
I smiled and thought he never did get over that habit even after all these years.
I stayed there looking at the ceiling. Until I hear Duncan mumble something.
I look at him as he says "Don't hurt her"
I was so confused.

*his dream*
He and Gwen were in the park when she said "I'm hungry."
Being the gentleman I am I got up and got her some food.
When I came back I see her being pushed against a tree by a scrawny figure.
I walk closer just to see Trent pushing her.
"Let her go"
"Duncan help!" Gwen screamed
"Shut up and why don't you make me!" Trent challenged me.
Trent pulls out a Knife.
Fighting is one thing but when the other has a weapon and a hostage that you care extremely about every move becomes critically important.
"Trent no one has to get hurt just please put the knife down and let Gwen go." I tried to say calmly even though on the inside I was about to pass out.
"No!!!! She's mine and only mine!!!! And if I can't have her no one can!!!" He said as he slightly pressed the knife into her skin drawing a little bit of blood.
She squeaked
"Trent put the knife away"
"It's your fault it came to this Duncan if you weren't such a flirt she wouldn't have fallen for you!!!"
I saw more blood coming from Gwen and I knew I had to act fast.
"Trent look if you hurt her she will never want to be with you ever, but maybe if you let her go she could reconsider." I struggled saying it because I knew she never wanted to be around him again.
He hesitated and finally drop the knife.
Gwen started running towards me before Trent pulls out his gun and shoots her leg.
In the few times I went to health class I learned that a shot in the leg can be fatal.
I ran to her and barely caught her before she fell. Just when Trent was reloading I threw a rock at him, not hard enough to kill but hard enough to give me and Gwen time to run.
"Gwen!? Gwen please answer!"
I was scared I didn't want to lose her.
"Duncan?"
"Gwen! It's gonna be OK let's get you to a hospital"
"Duncan"
"Gwen"
Her head fell back and her eyes were closed.
I screamed "Gwen!!!!!"
And shot up out of bed screaming.

Gwen
Duncan woke up screaming my name.
What did he dream of?
Must've been really bad.
"Duncan it's OK what happened?"
"Gwen? Your here your alive thank god!!" He said as he gave me a bear hug.
Normally I wouldn't mind but since I was in pj's and him I'm boxers I blushed red like a tomato.

Dan that's embarrassing I was talking in my sleep again and this time Gwen was actually there.
