Best friend.

Chapter Four

The kiss felt so intense that i couldn't help myself. We continued to what felt like forever. But really it was only a few minutes, when we finally moved away panting from the intensity of that one kiss.

"Uhm , Im sorry , Ally . I didnt mean to .. uhm .. scare you or something. I just had this crush on you and when I saw the kiss coming, I just had to take the chance and Im really sorry."

"Its fine though but why now?""

"I wanna tell you something. Its really important."

"What is it?"

"Uhm .. " and with that the doorbell rang and Chase went to get it. I went to the bathroom and trying to put everything together. I might even feel the same way about Chase. How would Tianna feel? Arg, fuck that . She kissed MY crush. Im not suppose to feel sorry.

"Dude , you gotta go. Im busy."

"I need to talk to you."

What the ? Is that Alex ?
I heard footsteps towards the room. I heard them speaking again.

"Dude, I kissed Tianna and Allison saw. Man, Im screwed. I really messed up."

"Alex, I got to tell you some..."

"I didnt even wanna kiss Tianna. Im over what happened in the summer. It was just for the summer. I didnt mean to lead her on."

"Yeah. You did fuck up, Alex. But i got to tell you some.."

"And the worst part of it all is that when Tianna told me to ask Allison out , i thought it was stupid seeing that she was all over me in the summer."

My best friend and crush. Oh.My.Gosh.

"Dude , i screwed up. Badly. "

"You cant just use Allison like that."

"Man, I got to apologize. I really messed up."

As I learned closer to the door , I fell out.

"Allison?"

"I cant believe you would do this to me , Alex. I thought you really like me. But I clearly got the picture wrong."

"Im sorry. I was just trying to help Tianna out."

"By playing with my feelings?"

"No. She thought that if we went out and I made it clear to you that I didnt want a relationship , you would get over me."

"Wow. Some kind of friend she is."

"Im truly sorry and so is Tianna. She went around to your place when she dropped me here."

"Im going home now."

"Allison wait !"

I ran out got in Chase's car and drove off. I couldnt get a clear view to check if they were coming behind me. I continued driving. The drive felt long. As i looked back of this night, I started crying. I couldnt believe Tianna did this. My tears made it blury for me to see. I wiped my eyes and saw another car .

BAM !!

Tianna's P.O.V.

I cant believe I did this to Ally. Im suppose to be her best friend and look what I did. I tried warning her of Alex but look what happened instead.

Tring,Tring,Tring.

"Hello?"

"Tianna? Its Ally's mom. Im on my way to the hospital. Do you need a lift?"

"Who is in the hospital?"

"I thought you heard."

"Heard what?"

"Ally's been in an accident. The ambulance just phoned me now."

"I'll be right over."

Oh.My.Word. This is all my fault. If i hadnt been so stupid, nothing like this wouldve happen. Im the WORST BEST FRIEND . EVER !!

We got to the hospital and I ran into the room.

"Ally? Ally? Please say something. Im really sorry. This is all my fault.  Please say something. Im really sorry, please forgive me. "

"Tianna? I .. I .. cant .. cant believe .. you did this .. t-to m-me . "

"Im sorry. I didnt mean to."

"Can we t-talk about t-this when I-Im better?"

"Sure."

Chase P.O.V.

The moment I got the phone call , I rushed to the hospital. As i walked to the room , I saw Tianna and Allison talking. I didnt wanna intrude so i waited til she came out. When Tianna eventually came out, I went in.

"Ally?"

"Chase?" she said with her smile lighting up.

"Are you okay? I was so worried."

"Im okay. Just tired."

"Okay. I'll come back again. See you. " I planted a kiss on her forehead.
She smiled and said goodbye.

I came out and saw Tianna staring at me.

"Whats your problem? You were supposed to be her friend. Best friend , actually."

" I didnt mean to. What Alex said wasnt true."

"Really? Now let me know what IS true. "

"Well, in summer we met at a party. We then got drunk and slept together. We woke up and i realised what I have done and the mistake i did. I tried explaining that it was a mistake but then he poured his heart out for me. I felt bad and made a deal with him. If he could take Ally on a dates then maybe we could be together. But my intention was to let him fall inlove with HER instead. So he agreed and look what happened. She totally hates me now."

"I would help but I cant just come and intrude. Thats your story to tell."

"Im going to. As soon as she gets better."

"Okay good. I have to go home. See you around."

"Okay cool."

I woke up to the smell of hospital. After my visits I went to sleep. I tried telling myself that there has to be a reasonable explaination of what happened between Tianna and Alex. I was just waiting for her to let me know.

I also need to let Chase know about my feelings towards him. I need to tell him, asap.

"Allison?"

Alex !?

"I dont want to speak to you."

"Im really sorry , Allison."

"Just leave. Get out ! Im not ready to face you."

"But.."

"But nothing! Just leave!"

"Fine. I still like you and i just need you to know that hurting you wasnt my intention."

I stay quiet , taking in what he just said. Also, waiting for him to leave.

"Fine. I'll just leave."

When he left, I realised that he just said he likes me. Arg, enough of Alex , Tianna and Chase. I need to get some sleep.
