**NOTES: Hey guys, first chapter of the book so yay! I would like to mention that the first chapter will be pretty fast because she doesn't really meet Remus until later years because he's scared of hurting her. I just want to give you guys a starter to her story and first year is an important one considering that when we find out her house and who she's going to be hanging out with.**

We both knew it was only a matter of time until something bad happened...we both knew that this wasn't a good idea. He knew that he could hurt me, I knew that I didn't care. It was hard to say when it happened, but it felt like I knew him for years and that we had this relationship that was incomparable to others. I was his mate...but I didn't know that until my later years.

YEAR ONE
I look around the train station in amazement but also in boredom. It was my first year of Hogwarts and I was excited to say the least. I look to my right to see my older sister hugging mother and father, mother practically crying into the arms of the so clearly prefect and favourite daughter, Emeline. Mother tried to make it seem like I was important too...but it never really worked out. It didn't really bother me that much...I knew one day I'd be in my own house with my own family with my own job, so what's the use of worrying and crying over something so stupid? It's not like I'm being abused, I should be thankful for that.

"You have your dresses? What about your notebook? Books? Quills?" Mother said weeping as she looked at her blonde perfect daughter.

"Yes mom, I have all my dresses, notebooks are here, books are in my trunk and quills are in my bag" Emeline said smiling, showing her perfect teeth "now the train is going to leave in 5 minutes, I have to go."

Mother only started crying more as father comforted her. Mother did this every year, made a huge scene.

"Okay....you be good to the teachers, I don't want a note home" mother said trying to be more stern with her, but she never could be.

"Don't worry mom, I'll be fine, and don't worry about Adelaide, I'll look out for her" Emeline said, I just rolled my eyes as I handed a man my stuff to put on the train.

"Oh....right" mother said sniffing as she looked at me "you be good as well, get good grades" was all she said.

'Wow, great pep talk mom, love you too' I couldn't help but think with a roll of my eyes.

"I'm just gonna go on without you, I'm sure I'll find my way around" I say to Emeline with a smile.

She nods to me, understanding that I didn't want to be apart of mother daughter show.

I climbed up on the train and grabbed my trunks from the man. Once I had gotten my stuff I started my way down the compartments, trying to find one that held no one. At last, almost at the end, I found an empty compartment.

I plopped down on the seat, out of breath from carrying my trunks, before taking out one of the many books I packed into my bags, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne.

Nothing important happened on the train, besides me finishing my book for the second time. I stepped off the train and we were lead to a lakes edge with boats.

A large, tall man started to talk "first years in the boats, four to one boat please" before stepping into his own boat. Everyone pilled into the wooden boats, and then we set off with, of course, magic.

It took us a few minutes to even see the castle, but when we did we were surely amazed. A huge castle stood out on the mountain, lights lit up the whole area. I was excited to say the least, finally I got to experience the things my older sister by two years did.
