Don't make me choose
Her bag dropped at the front door. She stood in front of the duffel while gathering all of her things. "Please don't do this Jacee.." He called after her. "Well, you asked for this Andy." He fell to his knees and folded his hands in front of him. She knew very well that this was not his fault. She was, in fact, making him choose between his aspiration of becoming a famous musician or getting a real job and providing for their relationship. "Jacee.. Don't make me choose." Her eyes began to fill with tears to the brim as her index finger and thumb grasped the engagement ring off of her left hand and the piece of jewlery slid off of her finger. "Sorry.. I just can't."
Under You
Andy's head fell into his chest as the sounnd of silver dropped toward the wooden floor. Andy knew that he would never be able to get over or under such a girl like Jacee. She was his only fix, and he was so foolish on some stupid shit. He realises now that he should have never let her out. The feelings that began to swarm his insides were nearly painful. He felt as if he could not breath. It's over.
Unhinged
He should have seen this coming after all. She was very clear on the fact that she would not compromise their relationship. He was very undecisive of it all up until the end. He was unhinged, which is partially what made it so easy for her to leave. To be brutally honest, she was unhinged as well. Ever since his decision to pursue his music career, his head was never screwed on correctly and it was hard to decide what he wanted. She did not feel safe in the middle. She wanted his full attention, and when she did not receive it, that was when she began to become unhinged. He was very straightforward about his emotions though, and that was part of the problem, because she was also straightforward about hers. It was as if they were like mirrors.. yet were not aligned on the wall correctly.
Comfortable
He began to feel the other stage in heartbreak.. anger. He remembered trusting Jacee and putting all of himself into her for nothing. Who is she fucking with now if there is no one fucking with her? That was his major concern for some reason. He brought himself off of the floor and decided to hit the nearest pub. Find a girl who he could be more comfortable putting his faith in. Then denial crept in. He wasn't sure if he was ready to get back into the game, hell, not even ready for the practice. He is not saying that getting back out there is not important. He is not shoving it away like it does not mean anything, it is just that he put A LOT of what he had into Jacee. Maybe he just needed some time to himself for a while. He grabbed his leather coat off of the wall and headed downtown.
Voodoo
On the boulevard where the party scene is everything. He came in contact with this mesmorizing female. "What is your name beautiful?" He spoke softly being that he was slightly terrified. She was dressed like a dancer and had eyes like a python. She was physically mesmorizing. When her hands slid down his torso and she rubbed up against him he felt himself go into a trance. It might have been the two glasses of bubbly he had just consumed but she made him feel like he was on LSD. He quickly left... he was not fucking with no voodoo.
Champagne Problems
Stumbling out of the club he found himself faced with champagne problems. He was drunk as a sailor and his only solution to this was to keep on drinking. In the corner of his eye he saw Jacee at the corner of a liquor store. "BABE! Hey.." Black out. A bright light shined down on Andy and Jacee was in her underwear laying beneath him. He had no idea what just happened in the last couple of hours but he was pretty sure that they had just broken up..
Close
When Jacee came to she seemed to be confused of the events that were unraveling as well. She saw a half naked Andy on top of her and jumped 20 feet away. "Ahh! Oh my- why are you so close..? Why am i here?" Andy moved closer to her. Space did not seem like a relevant scenario considering she used to love it when he was that close to her. He could care less for her personal space. "Maybe you could tell me??" Of all the things that Andy was not sure of, the one thing he did know was that he did not want distance from Jacee in this moment. The tip of his lips were less than a centimeter away from Jacee's.
Chainsaw
"Andy i do not know what the hell we did last night.. but we can not let this happen again." and almost in the flicker of a light she took her coat and left. When Andy had processed her second exit he was in a fits. Just the look of this apartment that they used to share, together. It now felt so isolated, so vulnerable. He grabbed a nearby baseball bat from the coat closet and in rage broke their glass coffee table. Next he swung toward the kitchen and shattered Jacee's china that she forgot to take with her. He then found a photo of them togther... out of his sweats he found a lighter from a past cigarette and lit the photo on fire. The destruction of their things brought him therapy in a weird way.
Touch
"your mistake.." Andy thought as he walked to their past bedroom. He stared at the king sized bed they once shared. All of the memories of how he would touch her flooded back to his frontal lobe. She had this way of positioning her body to where he wouldn't have to even use his hands to bring her pleasure. It was magnificent. He could still smell the musty scent of her sweat sticking to his skin. He could hear the sounds of her moaning in his ears, so distinct and needy. And he could still see her in all of her beauty.
Bacon
After his trip down memory lane he felt his stomach grumble in the base of his gut. He walked back toward the glass covered kitchen and made sure to be careful as he made some drama free bacon. The best kind of breakfast food that he knew how to cook.
Good Girls
He then took a seat on their once shared suade couch and turned on the tv. The shows were filled with reality tv shows and girls screaming and scratching for attention. Each female was showing a little more flesh than the next. He was beginning to grow sick of it. When did all these good girls decide to be bad? He must admit, he loved to see the silhouette of these nice bodied girls but often days he desired the intense connection like that of one he once shared with Jacee. He loves their skin, but most of his feelings were much deeper than that. He shut off the tv.. not wanting to see another glimpse of their shame.
Difference
He came to the relisation that Jacee would never find another man like him. There is a juge difference in the men out there and him. He was the only one that knew how to handle her. She was uptight, and he was the only man who had loved her like a grown ass man and pushed all of her buttons the right way. She had been broken before, way too much. She knows that her body wants him and if she didn't feel it when she walked away then she is going to be surprised when she learns the hard way. He now made it his mission to get her back, because she is way too uptight to realise the difference between those other guys and himself. He grabbed his coat and keys once more and walked out the front door. It's not over.
