Chapter 1

"Jadeeee come on. Move your arse now please." Jesy's being my human alarm clock. She started shaking me to wake up.

"Noooooo Jesy. I still wanna sleep." I'm not even gonna bother opening my eyes for her.

"We're both gonna be late for work. It's your first day! Don't give your new boss a bad first impression"

I rolled so that I am lying on my chest and buried my face under the pillow.

"She already hates me anyway so what's the point? Jusp give me 5 more mins." I raised my hand so she can see my five fingers.

"Oh like you're going to stand after 5. Come on poopey! You said that 30 minutes ago. Move now please!" She's starting to pull my blanket and disarrange my pillows.

"Uggggh Jesy noooo!" I just want to enjoy being lazy for some few more minutes because later, I will surely be exhausted from my job.

"Fine! Don't regret after this." I heard her footsteps as she walked out the door. Finally! Thank you. Now going back to dreamla..

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!! SHIT JESY! IT'S FREEZING AHHHHHHHH" I stood up out of bed as she just poured a bucket of cold water with some blocks of ice on me!

"Told you, don't regret. Now move your bum to shower." She said pointing at the bathroom.

I went to our bathroom and closed the door. I took my clothes off and opened the door once again not exposing my whole body just enough for my eyes to find Jesy. Once I found her, I threw my dirty clothes into her face and rushed hiding as I locked the bathroom door.

"That's for you!" I shouted through the door.

"EWWWW YOU LITTLE TWAT!" she shouted back at me while I'm giggling to her shocked face after what I did.

I started doing my morning rituals and whatsoever related to taking a shower.

We are now on a cab riding our way to Jesy's job and now my job as well. I am kind of nervous and excited at the same time. This will be my first job ever so I'm hoping for the best and I hope it'll last. This may not be the dream job that I want but this will suffice since the salary is pretty big. I have to take it because I live by my own now, gotta grind to live yah know. It's a long story so don't ask me about it.

Jesy and I lived together on an apartment for 5 years now. Right after Jesy finished high-school, she applied for a job and she's been working as a personal assistant for 2 years now. She's 2 years older than me. We both agreed to get a job after high-school in order to save money for college. We want to graduate college so bad because besides we love studying; we definitely love to have our dream jobs and professions someday.
I haven't known much about my new job because Jesy was the one who recommended me to her boss. She never talked about her job as well. All I know is that she is a personal assistant; never even knew who's her boss. Gotta ask her now then.

"Jessica!" I poke her arm because she's too busy with her phone.

"Oi don't call me that. What do you want?" she said not even caring to look at me.

"I just wanna ask you some questions about our job." I started shaking her shoulders.

"Hmmm mmmh?" she just hummed a yes tone. Now that's rude!

"Put your phone away please. You're rude."

"You're a demanding little cookie, aren't you?" She grabbed her bag and put her phone inside.

"There. You happy?" she said while raising one of her eyebrows.

"Thank you!" I said sarcastically.
