Chapter 2. Babysitter Surprise

The week was over and here comes the weekends. School was pretty interesting this week

nothing new after that Monday. As I wake up, my parents pack up and walk to my room saying

"Good morning honey, breakfast on the table your father and I are going to a Business trip

to New York!" I disrupted them and said " wait, so I will be home alone with the boys?" They

replied "Of course not, your babysitter will come in 20 minutes and that sh-" I screamed

"How long are you going to be gone!?!?" "A week or two sweetie." They run out the door and

put there bags in the car and drove off and they send me a honk of goodbye. I hop off bed and

said to myself " wait... what were they going to say to me before I screamed? Oh well" I

brushed my hair and put some casual clothes white v neck with shorty shorts. I went to my

brothers room to see if any of them are awake. I said to myself "guess not"

I run downstairs and slide with my socks on the wooden waxed floor I ran to the tv

and turned it on watching spongebob, the only choice I had because the remote is on the other

side. As I was watching, the doorbell has rang I hopped off the couch and opened the door. It was

the babysitter she said to me "Hello Alicia! I am your babysitter Alana." I smiled and she replied

"leave the door open sweetie my son is coming in" I paused and said in my head "wait what..

oh I think this was something mom wanted to tell me" I hold the door still and her son with a

hood on with his jeans rolled up with vans come in and takes his hood off and screams "ALICIA!!"

I was shocked like finding the boy that hugged you, at your front door isn't something you get

on some random day. The boys came screaming down and that got me distracted I shut the door

and when Alana went to the kitchen to hand the boys breakfast Jai and I just chatted up.

I was still shocked why he is here if her mom could just have came alone but that didn't stop me

from being shocked. I asked him "Why are you here as well?" He replied "Well, I had no choice

but hey I guess I'm sleeping here for a week as well." I said "Excuse me.." I ran to my bedroom

kicked my clothes under the bed and fixed the bed and closed the bathroom door and runs back

to the living room. I smiled like nothing happened, I pointed to the kitchen and said "shall we?"

he said "Oh we shall." We laughed and had a seat just eating some fruits. Alana asked "So you

two go to school together?" I replied "Yea, he was the first person to approach to me", Jai agreed.

Alana replies "Very well, I will be upstairs putting my suitcase down.. Oh and where is your

parents room? They told me I can sleep there" I replied "Upstairs first room to the left" thank you

she says, she walks upstairs and my brothers hold a suitcase together, Jai and I laughed. I smiled

he did as well, we hopped off the chair and he said "Hey, want to go outside?" I nodded yes he
