The year is 3126. Mortality has been lost to the human race for the past 87 years. There is no death, but no birth. All children born without a permit are sacrificed to science. Extreme sports are the latest fashion, and everyone lives for danger. For everyone human that dies, another can be born, that is how the earth now keeps itself from overpopulating. The waiting list for children is extensive, and dependant on how much you are willing to pay. Almost everybody is happy with this everlasting life. Almost. There are a few that disagree with immortality. This is their story.
