".....Who in the world are you?"
"I'm the Behemoth."
"Well, aren't you going to kill me?"
"No. Why should I?"
"I just tried to kill you right now."
The Behemoth straightened himself. "Hmm..... Did you?" The man on the floor bit his lip and shook his head. A tear slowly rolled down. "You were right. It's........ true."
"I'm touched."
The assassin sat up and knelt. "I wish.... I mean, may I...? My prince? You are the 'Prince', aren't you? May I serve you, My Lord?"
"Yes, you may." The Behemoth gave a heart-stopping smile. He reached out to slide his pale fingers between the man's. The assassin kissed each finger reverently. "Well then, may I call you Shadow?"
"I'm all yours, My Prince."
"Alright, Shadow." The Behemoth drew his hands away. He closed the windows and placed the dagger in the assassin's hands. "Will you do anything for me?"
"Yes! I want to.......to serve you. You alone are my Master, my Lord, my God."
"But what about that Meltinzer princeling? You serve him, don't you?"
"That idiotic oaf can make do without me. I will serve you, my 'Prince'. "
The Behemoth smiled, satisfied. "Alright, Shadow, prove your loyalty to me. Stab your heart. And by the way, I know anatomy well, so you can't fool me." There was a deathly silence. Shadow stared, his mouth dry. He inhaled, shut his eyes and plunged the blade deep into his chest. It was blindingly painful.
When he opened his eyes, he was in a icy embrace. The dagger stuck out, frozen in ice and blood. A hot kiss against his ear. Pale, beautiful hands gently eased the blade out. "My prince....." The assassin groaned. He was dripping wet. The Behemoth literally seemed to be melting. Like an ice doll.
And the Behemoth himself was stunned at what he had said, and how willingly Shadow had obeyed. "I apologise. I went too far. I hope you'll stay with me. No, please stay with me!"
"Forever, my Lord." Shadow fell back, breathing heavily. He stretched out his hand and pulled off the Behemoth's hood. "You're so beautiful." He kissed those petal lips, like he'd dreamt of, ever since he saw them the day the Meltinzer Prince and the rest of his servants had been at the fountain. The Behemoth trembled. He had never been treated like this, and such adoration unnerved him. Shadow's hands softly traced against his sensitive skin, disrobing him all the while. His head felt heavy. He laid it on Shadow's chest. Their bare bodies pressed. Shadow worked his magic, kissing, caressing, loving, their consciousness spiralled and melted into each other. The Behemoth felt lost, into a world he had never known existed, a world of immeasurable bliss. Later, he lay in Shadow's arms, feeling his hot breath all over his body. Such warmth. Such tender, comforting warmth.

[Fast forward]
Ilya Ioscis stood on the bow of the Speed Angel singing to himself, as the ship full of Rignine oil took him to Astral. Astral was the research facility of the Federation. It was the largest dominion of the Federation as well. The lady archer was there as usual, at the edge of the island. Ioscis jumped. And as he fell, the archer took flight, and caught him.
"Alpha General Phoenix! Missed you!" Ioscis clung on to her neck. But the woman looked at him gravely. "Io, we have trouble." She told him about Naffsetar's rocket, and Chara's technology. Ioscis laughed. "Exploding rockets? As if. I don't think such a silly matter like that could ruin your mood. Tell me, Qia, what's bothering you?"
