As soon as I was settled and out of my very beautiful but god so heavy wedding dress I called my parents.

My mom was devastated that I would just leave the altar like this and my dad was pretty much annoyed. I was not the one who had to deal with them. Thankfully Gaby did most of the work and although I felt a little guilty that she had to clean all my shit, I was relieved.

"Don't worry. Today you get to be sad. It's your right. You can be strong tomorrow." She told me when I apologized to her for my reckless decision.

We were sitting in the backyard of her house at the moment, enjoying the cool air and Ben and Andrew were playing hide n seek as it was almost dusk. The best time to play hide n seek. Gaby being pregnant and me being heartbroken at the moment didn't participate.

"So what are you planning to do now?"

"Planning? I don't even know what to think right now Gaby. I just want to vanish from this place. Can I do that?" I asked Gaby turning towards her and giving her a small sad smile.

"And what? Never come back? You have to come back sometime in June. This is your home. Your family."

"I don't know if I have the power to face all this again Gab. I'm tired." I was on the verge of crying. But I've done so much crying since morning that the tears refused to fall.

"So what you'll just give up?"

"I don't want to," I told her truthfully.

"Then don't."

And with that, she stood up and walked away.

She joined Ben and Andrew as Andrew stood up straight and wrapped a hand around her shoulder. Kissing her forehead he bent down and kissed her swollen belly. Ben jumped and Andrew picked him up settling him on his waist.

And suddenly I felt cold which was not because of the weather. I felt lonely.

The thing about being famous is that people know everything and anything about you. Yes, it's really hard to survive if you are famous. Luckily for me, I grew up in a middle-class family and the only famous character in our family was my 17-year-old cousin who wrote some stupid science blog in a newspaper. But that doesn't mean that we were followed by paparazzi or anything. No one even read his blog.

No offence Timmy.

So after the great day of my life which hit the down road (Yes I'm talking about my wedding day), I found paparazzi outside Gaby's house. I was a little shocked. Just a little because this was not the first time. Yeah, you guessed it right. I was dumped twice on the altar remember?

The thing is my x-fiancé is a big-shot businessman. Everyone in the business world knows him. Now you probably will be thinking how I, a totally-simple-26-year-old girl met a really-handsome-hot-shot-28-years-old-business-guy. It's like a fairytale, almost hard to believe.

Well, I'm an assistant book editor. So my boss got a script for a book inspired by Mike Johnson. He comes and tells me to go meet him and take a small interview to see if whatever is written in the book is true or not. I met him and one thing led to another and I found myself sitting in a posh bar sipping drinks with him. Then everything was hearts and flowers. He was sweet, caring, and down to earth. He was perfect.

Before we knew it, we were a thing. When he left me for the first time, I was quite a in news. Everyone was interested in me. But I was never followed by tons of paparazzi pitying me and asking me questions. No, it never came down to this. When he first left me hanging on the altar, his PA team handled everything. Because he told them to. But this time he is MIA and left me to deal with them.
