A while ago, I watched a video about bullying. It featured a girl named Amanda Todd. She made a video a few years back about her being bullied.

She then ended her life some time after the video was posted.

Furthermore, her tormenters created a Facebook page to talk bad about her even after she commited suicide saying things like,

"Thank God the bitch died"

"Bitch deserved it"

Dear Bullied,

I know bullying is a big thing and I have been bullied before as well for my weight and strange name(Margaux).

I suffered from mild depression and even began self harming by cutting my thighs with scissors. I stopped eating as well. My parents eventually found out and they helped me through it. So did my friends.

For all those who have been bullied or are being bullied just know some one out there loves you and that you should approach a trusted adult or friend. Please do not self harm or take your life. It is not worth it.

To all the bullies out there, pulling down someone will not help you reach the top.

Bullying is serious, and is not something you do for fun or amusement. Hurting someone is exchange for your enjoyment is just plain cruel.

Wanna know why?

YOU are the reason someone is insecure.

YOU may be the reason someone wants to inflict self-harm.

YOU contribute to the world becoming a worser place, full of insecurities.

And one day,

Or would you rather feel proud, that you were able to stop yourself from inflicting further destruction?

You may be sadistic and cruel, but are you a murderer?

Will you be the cause of someone's death?

Will you be a more murderous version of Donald Trump?

Only you will know the answer to those.

Consider your choices wisely, once it has been chosen, there is no turning back.

I know you might consider yourself cool and fab, but let me tell you...

So please, help those being bullied.

If you know some one who cuts herself/himself please help him/her through it. Don't make them suffer alone cause that it the worst thing for them.

I hope you take this message seriously and do something to stop this bullying.

Help spread the word. The world will be a much better place without bullying.

Remember, all it takes is one simple word of small action to kill someone. Please keep that in mind.
