Chapter 5: Pirate Storm Arc: Trouble On The High Seas

"Is that all ya got!?" Gear says as he runs through a city of rouge androids. The city was barren of any human. It seemed to be a world where androids had taken over the world. All the buildings were destroyed. The sky was a dark shade of grey due to all the smoke from the destruction.

"Hahaha man why did I do this before?" He said out loud, A huge smile across his face,

Suddenly a humanoid android version of himself appeared in front of him, the only difference between the two was the coloring on their armor, The fake Gear's colors were inverted. The fake Gear just stood there with glowing red eyes, Not saying a single word. smirking at Gear with it's arms crossed. It was ready to kill.

"Well aren't you a handsome bastard." Gear said with a chuckle and a smirk of his own. "I honestly dont want to wreck that beautiful face of yourd...but i guess i'll have to." a sarcastic sigh being heard as he rolled his eyes with a shrug.

Suddenly an automated voice saying "Simulation ending.: is heard by gear. All of the surroundings and the fake gear fading away. Gear just stood there with a frown his face. He was very disappointed that the simulation had to end before it actually got good. The room went back to how it was, an enclosed space. White walls. nothing else.

From a room overhead Gear could see his android Tech controlling the  simulation. Gear crossed his arms and pouted at Tech like a little kid would when they don't get their candy.

"Dammit Tech why did you have to end it there? It was just getting good!" He said in a whiny tone.

"It would seem Lady Altheria has a new mission for you master Gear." He said looking down at Gear from the control room overhead.

Else where in Scarlettes dreamscape Scarlette was atill knocked out from her struggle with the nightmare energy. She slowly opened her eyes. sitting up with a small groan. She looked around her noticing she was back home. Last she knew she was lying on the ground in the middle of the village after being taken over by the nightmare energy. She got up wondering who had gotten her home. She shrugged and went to get a drink of water. As she walked to her sink a portal appeared in front of her.

"Guess Lady Altheria has a mission for us." She said to herself chuckling softly as she entered the portal.

Meanwhile Gear entered a portal of his own that sent him to the doors of Altheria HQ. Gear opened the door and walked inside.

"Wonder what the mission is this time. Hope it isn't some kind of mission involving clowns. Ugh..." He says with a shudder. "screw clowns man" 

"The great Gear is scared of clowns huh? Why am i not surprised?" said a voice walking up to gear. it was commander Sarai.

Gear facepalmed and sighed."Oh god you heard that?"

Sarai laughed and smirked. "Every word. Now come on, Lady Altheria wamts to see you and--" 

she was cut off by the HQ door opening, Scarlette walking. 

"Oh just in time Scarlette. Come with me to Lady Altheria's office." She said waiting for them to talk for ward"

"Any idea what this mission pertains to?" Scarlette said with a raised brow.

Sarai sighed softly. "Yes. Apparently one of our agents has gone missing. Lady Altheria will tell you the rest." 

Thier foot steps echoed through as they walked down the white hallway on the linoleum floor. Different pictures of different agents hanging on the wall. A couple of other agents passed by them but it was mostly. It seemed to be like that most of the time unless there was an emergency. Suddenly they stopped at a door. They had arrived at lady Altheria's office
