__MITCH'S P.O.V__
I had just moved to new jersey two days ago, and I start school tomarrow lucky for me its the first day for everyone "so mitch honey you ready for school tomarrow?" my mom asked "yeah I guess so." I said trying to sound as exited as posible "i'm gonna go to bed, don't want to be tierd on my first day" I said as I got up and walked to my room ((btw there in 8th gread i know thats not right but plot)) I try to sleep but I just can't I mean I' gonna have to go and make new friends and honestly I'm not that good at that. I finaly fell asleep with all the bad thoughts about tomorrow in my head. I woke up at 6:00 a.m I went down stairs as quite as possible trying not to wake up my little brother my mom was still asleep I poured a bowl of cereal trying to be quite 'its not as easy as it sounds' I eat and then go wake up my mom *knocks on door* "mom get up" "i'm up i'm up" she says sheepishly I wait at the door and hear no movement I bang on the door "MOM!!" and on that note I woke her and my little brother up 'woops' I thought sarcastically and trouged downstairs my mom comes down I grab my backpack and wait at the door my mom grabs the keys and off we go
--at school--
I walk to the principals office and say I'm the new kid and I don't exactly know what I'm doing and of course I'm late on the first day because of my mom I'm not really a shy kid I mean I'll speak my mind if I want so the principal looks up my name and calls a teacher I hear him say "do you have a Mitchell Hughs?" And hear him ask if the teacher could send a student to show me the ropes then I heard "ok thank you good bye" then he told me to set down for a minute
__JEROME'S P.O.V__
The teacher just started to take attendence when the phone rings she hangs up the phone and says dose anyone want to run a special errend I quickly raise my hand anything to get out of class on the first day she says the principal needs my help in the office "Are you good at making friends?" she asks and I nod even though it's not really the truth *walks down hall to office; opens door* I walk in and see a boy with a red and balck checkered hoody skinny jeans and red converse
__MITCH'S P.O.V__
I just sit and stare at my feet then a kid walks in and looks at me for a few seconds then looks away he was waring a purple t-shirt skinny jeans and black converse he sat down beside me and I said decided to say "hi" he waved slightly the principal walked out of his office
__JEROME'S P.O.V__
Mr. Principal walks out and says "are you from Mrs. Teachers class" he asked me "uh yeah" I say quietly "ok and your name is" he asked "me?" I asked just above a whisper "J-jerome" I stutter "ok well Jerome this is Mitch you're gonna be his new 'buddy' so to speak" he explains briefly "oh ok" mitch smiles at me I smile back we walk out of the office and I ask to see his schedule we have every class toghether.
