It was the next day and Dean and y/n were heading out of the hotel and back into the car. Dean was exhausted since he couldn't sleep because he was thinking about his date with y/n. He was so nervous his stomach was filled with rapid moths.
Y/n's pov
I'm super nervous about my date with Dean. I know we've been best friends since kindergarten and always have been inseparable. I just don't want to do anything stupid to mess this up.
"so Deanie Where Do you wanna go for our date?" I asked while rubbing his knee gently. As I asked him that I saw his cheeks get a light shade of red. So cute...
"well..... Want to go to Red Lobster?" he said starting to smile.
"sure! But... Isn't Red Lobster a fancy place? You're wearing a tank top and jeans and so am I. Where are we going to get fancy clothes? The hotel is 20 minutes away from here and we are not turning around now." I said starting to panic. I don't think Dean knew either.
"Um... Want to go buy some?" Dean asked.
"sure why not?" I smiled and kissed Dean on the cheek. I saw Dean's red face turn into a darker red.
A few minutes later Dean and I head to a Walmart to buy some clothes. I went to the women's section and found a really pretty teal dress with spaghetti straps. It's a little chillie so I'll just wear my black leather jacket I brought with me in my luggage. I hope Dean wears a leather jacket. He looks adorable in it! 😍😍
I go to the checkout to buy my dress. I'm glad it was only five bucks! I bought my dress and waited for Dean to buy his outfit. I thought to myself that I probably should get my dress on since we're going to the restaurant after this. So I head out to get my jacket real quick then I head back into Walmart and go into the bathroom to change. I get into the dress and put on my jacket then I head out and sit back on the bench by the door to wait for Dean.
He then comes out of the men's bathroom with a grey dress shirt and jeans on with,you guessed it, his leather jacket. He looked amazing!
"you look beautiful y/n!" Dean said happily holding my hand
"you look amazing too Deanie!" I said smiling sweetly
"wait... Are you wearing the leather jacket I brought you? It looks amazing!" Dean said.
"I sure am. It's so comfortable!" I said happily.
"shall we go to the restaurant?" Dean asked wrapping his arm around mine.
"lets shall" I said goofing off a little.
