Chapter 2
Aaron POV
Ok Aaron it's time to play Dungeons and Wyvrins with Aphmau. I can't believe we r actually going on a date this Saturday. I was so sure she would say no. My computer beeps. Oh, I bet this is her calling.
I answer the call and hear her beautiful voice. "Hey Aaron." she says. "Hi." I reply. We get right to business, continuing the game with other players, although we don't talk to them, only to each other.
After what seemed like only a little bit of time I hear a timer. "Aww, r the 3 hours up?" I ask her. "Yeah..." she says. "Well I'll see u next time Aph" I say. Then to my surprise she freezes and I hear a sniffle and some muffled crying.
"Is everything OK Aph?!" I say getting worried. "Don't call me that!" she yells still obviously crying. "Ok?.." I say quietly. How weird, why would she get upset when I call her Aph? I hear the heavy breathing slowly come to a stop.
Then Aphmau said goodbye, but I was in a daze. For while she was crying I had caught a word: Laurence. Was Laurence a place, or an event that called her Aph. Or was Laurence a person!
