My real parents?

After school i went straight to my apartment. Yes i do live alone. And im only 17. My dad beat me and my neighbor came in and found me and told the cops. He's in jail and im out here thinking about how i put up with all those beatings for that long when suddenly my phone rings. Hello, i say to the other person on the line. Hi, is this Alexis Jones? Yes this is she, who am i speaking with. This is Dr.Roberson, i am calling in concern of your father. Yes,how may i help you? Well im just going to cut straight to the chase,he is not your real father. Dr.Who say what,how can he not be my father i lived with him my whole life!,i exclaimed to this man-thing on the phone. It is true ma'am, we ran some DNA tests and they dont match yours,but we did find your real birth parents number and address, would you like me to give them to you? Yes,i would like that and thank you, i said after writing down the information about my real birth parents then hung up. I looked at the time and saw it was only 6:00 so i decided i should try and contact my parents. Ring...ring...rin-hello,a woman on the phone said. Hi, umm i was told you were my real parent and i wanted to see if its true. Oh my gosh, john!,the lady on the phone screamed. Yes sweetheart,i heard a man voice say. Its her! the woman said excitedly. Ohh sorry sweetheart, would you like to come to dinner tomorrow so we can officially meet. Sure can you just give me the address and I'll come around there after school tomorrow? Sure,she gave me the address and we said goodbye. Well they sounded nice so i hope everthing goes right tomorrow. And with that last thought i did my nightly routine and went to sleep.

NEXT DAY

*Time Skip*

After another boring day at i school i went home and got ready for the dinner tonight with my parents. I put in a simple black dress that went dowm to my knees and started on my way to there home.

As i was driving i turned the radio and listened to some of my favorite songs. Realizing there house is deep in the forest i made a mental note to ask them about that. I drove and sang for a little longer until i pulled up to a big house the size of a mansion which is probably what it is.i got out of my car and walked on the porch and knocked on the door. I felt so nervous that i started randomly singing a song in my head. As i neared the corus in Barbie girl the door opened and there stood a woman who looked about 40 and a man who looked about the same. Oh my god John it really is her!,the woman exclaimed. Come in,have a seat,make yourself at home,the man said. I sat down on a sofa in the living room. Well this is Mike and im Barbara, the lady introduced them as. Alexis, Alexis Jones,i said kindly.
