Harry Potter Role Play

Rules

1) Be respectful to one another. No personal attacks on the role players will be tolerated. Name calling, bullying, etc is not allowed.

2) Stick to the role play hate the character not the player portraying them.

3) Include everyone. It's fine to start a conversation and eventually only tag 1 or 2 people, but don't blatantly ignore someone. No one gets left out.

4) Remember no one is perfect. No God Modding. No controlling other characters/killing other characters without consent. Also, don't blatantly ignore things. If someone hits you with a spell in a fight, you can't dodge it every time. Let's keep things interesting by having some weaknesses. No one is invincible.

5) No cursing. Block it out #?*! or not using it at all works too.

6) If you are talking outside of the RP write "Out of RP" or use parenthesis.

7) No sexual or adult role plays. Kissing, hugging, and hand holding is fine. If it's something normally done in a bedroom then save it for your personal messages.

8) Fill out the character form so we can learn about your role play character

9) Please no non-canon direct relatives for main characters. Saying you are Harry's cousin is okay but saying you are his sister could get confusing and hinder the story line. 

10) Please reply with your own comment not in chain replies. Chain comments can get confusing. This way anyone entering a new location will be able to see what is going on there an can react accordingly. It's also much easier to keep up with the story that way.

11) There will be a three strike system. Break the rules three times and you are out.

12) HAVE FUN! Do it now!

Everyone has lives outside of Wattpad but please try to participate in the role play. It's hard to tell who has dropped out of the role play or if you are just away. If you are going to be away for more than a week let us know so we can save your spot. If we need your character to continue the story line it might be given to a more active player unless you let us know you are still interested. I know it sounds strange but just for example it would be very hard to continue a Marauders role play with out a James or Snape.
