As she was about to slap me straight across the face, Jungkook had grabbed her hand. She widened her eyes like a crazy woman and glared at Jungkook. "WHO ARE YOU?! HOW DARE YOU TOUCH ME, YOU PERVERT!!"
Jungkook slapped her arm away and pulled me to his side. "I don't care who you are. If you ever lay a finger on my life, I won't forgive you."
Me, being the person that I was, I stayed quiet and still in shock. My mom's anger kept coming out, she stomped towards me and tried to pull my hair. "YOU DISGUSTING CHILD!! ARE YOU TRYING TO HIDE FROM ME?! BRINGING STRANGERS INTO OUR FANILY DISCUSSIONS, YOU JUST LOVE TO DISAPPOINT YOUR MOTHER!!!"
She yelled out while pushing Jungkook away and trying to reach me. I crouched to the floor and held my head in my hands, trying to block out my moms' screams.
Suddenly, I heard Jungkook yell out, "LEAVE! GET OUT OF HERE YOU CRACY LADY!"
As I flinched at his terrifying loud voice, I flinched again as I thought my mother would yell back... But instead, nothing could be heard.
I looked up carefully and saw that my mom had her back facing me and Jungkook. "Hyra, I disown you. If you ever dare to call me mother or use the last name of our family, I will do something you won't want."
My heart beating as quickly as possible, sweat beads dripping down my neck, my entire body quivering and closing in on itself. I listened to her footsteps become farther and farther until nothing could be heard.
"Hyra" Jungkook said protectively, he pulled me roughly in his arms and embraced me.
Not one tear fell from my eyes, not one sound was heard from my lips.
I am... Alone now.
I pushed away from his embrace and looked to the ground as I tried to find my words.
"It's to late to go back. I'm all alone now..."
I turned away and began to take a few steps until my wrist was grabbed aggressively, pulling me back to his chest. "You're not alone!"
"You have me and you will forever have me, because..." He held my head in his large hands and kissed my forehead.
My mind blank and my face as blank as my mind. I could hear my heart beat slamming through my ear drums.
"I love you" He pulled me away from his chest and forced a kiss to my lips.
I pulled away and unknowingly slapped him across the face, finally a tear finding itself to my cheek.
"ENOUGH! I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE!"
Jungkook POV
She pushed me away with all her force and ran off. I knew she didn't want me to run after her.
My mind racing with thoughts, I sat at the bench and looked to the floor. I pulled out the green mint box from my pocket.
"Minha... I'm making the same mistakes."
I ruffled my hair aggressively and threw the ring box to the ground, making the box break.
"Hyra, please don't leave me...."
